What makes this location even more special is that a full retail Pendleton store is actually rare to find. You simply don't see many of them around the country, which makes discovering one right here in Old Town Fort Collins feel like a real gem. And it fits perfectly here. Now three days later I call them and the person on the phone was clueless because he was from a different store and had to look around to find them. I work from home and need these for my printer, so 3 days down was an issue for me. I come in to pick them up and the clerk goes to ring them up and they were MORE than what i was quoted 3 days ago. Frustrated, I went to my local Office Max, described what brand my printer was and what the cartridge's looked like. The persons that assisted me knew immediately what I needed. I paid a whopping 9 more dollars than what I would have paid for re-filled cartridges that were mis-quoted to me. I popped them into my printer when i got home and they worked immediately! Moral of the story, don't waste your time here. Spend a couple bucks more to actually get good customer service from people that actually know what they are doing and want to help you.
