Called back for another appointment and was given 7/1/26, I took off another day of work-they did not show up for the appointment and said my appoinment was for the following wednesday, that was not true. Made another appointment for 7/10/26, took off another day from work, was called by N&M at 8:00 am to say that their techninion called "in sick" and they cancelled my appointment again! This is absolutely unacceptable, poor customer service. I do not ever recommend this company for anyone, well only if you want to have an appliance that lives in your kitchen not working and you want to lose money at your job for taking off and waiting for someone to come and fix the silver box sitting in your kitchen who never comes!! Today, the parts, service and repair people who were in the back have expanded to the entire facility and are keeping up the tradition of excellence. My 19-year-old dishwasher finally wore out. Me, being "thrifty" aka "cheap" priced a new one at Best Buy, Lowes and Home Depot before heading here. Each of them had a model to fit my requirements (24 inch stainless steel front and tub) on sale. None had the one I wanted on display or in stock. I would have to order and wait. Only Lowes had someone in the store who knew how to find a dishwasher in their system without getting help. The appliance department in Best Buy looks like someone went through and shoved everything into a pile. I saved the best store till last. The dishwasher I wanted was on display in the front of the store. The knowledgeable salesperson knew the price and answered my questions. Within a minute I knew the price here was better than any of the big box prices. I ordered my dishwasher on the spot. It was in stock, delivered, and installed at the date and time promised. Bravo!
