It's no coincidence that Artemisia Botanicals was named to a recent Yelp blog of the top 25 herbal shops in the USA! Labeled "Asiago Vintage" it shaved up perfectly for the pasta meal that I prepared. Delicious tasting and yummy with a rich nutty flavor. The label clearly shows how fresh it is, not even a week from the "Packed On" date. Ingredients - raw cow milk, rennet (an enzyme used in cheese making), cultures (also needed in cheese making) and salt. That's it. If I get to Foxboro, I'll be heading to the Lawton's Family Farm to experience Foxboro Cheese company directly.
