The biggest issue I finally had was the service. I ALWAYS make an appointment. ALWAYS. And for them to pull the tech that's working on me for a walk in, THREE TIMES is just too much. They do good work, sure, but I don't enjoy having to sit and watch someone who came in after me, leave before me. I'm finding another salon for my daughter and I. There are also visible bubbles throughout the gel, and they didn't fully remove the previous polish underneath. I paid expecting proper builder gel application and quality work, and unfortunately that's not what I received. I would not recommend if you're looking for true builder gel or long-lasting results.
