The place was quite occupied with all the staffs attending to customers so they told me it would be about a 10-15 minute wait, which I used to look over all of the color varieties that was offered (so many!) and was offered some beverages. The wait didn't take long as expected, and honestly I was so astonished with how quickly everything was because my nails were done within the hour?! Grateful for the sisters that helped me out and gave me a wonderful service. This is a bit of a far drive for me ): but honestly with how quick and lovely the staffs were I'll be making the drive back to get my nails done here again. Look at how cute they came out, I love it!! The environment is pretty laid back with classical music playing in the background. Also, they offer a head spa service? I unfortunately didn't have enough time try this but I keep seeing it on TikTok and reels so maybe something I'll try next time.

I have never had such a welcoming experience, the ladies were so kind and informative on everything that they would be doing, so that the customer knows what to expect. they allow the customer to be more involved than other salons I've been too. it's a very calm environment. the other customers are also very welcoming and helpful and respectful. I haven't tried the spa yet but soon I may do so. but this was a total surprise and one that I would suggest to anyone looking for a nice peaceful and reasonably timed experience when wanting to go to a nail salon. This lady and her girls know exactly what they are doing and make sure you are completely happy with your new fresh look before leaving her salon. Give it a try you'll be glad you did!

I'm extremely disappointed with the way my daughter was treated today. The American lady doing her…read morenails was extremely rude and made my daughter feel uncomfortable about the colors she had chosen, telling her that she should not have picked certain colors because they were too sheer. As the nail professional, shouldn't you be the one who knows which colors will work well together and which ones may not? My daughter asked for a nail to be corrected and you sighed and became upset, at one point you got up told your coworker to finish her nails grab your bag and walked away. There was absolutely no reason for my daughter to be treated that way. She was respectful and simply wanted to get her nails done. We will never return, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects their child to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

The shop itself is super clean and you can tell it's very well maintained. We were greeted at the door and everyone was incredibly warm and inviting. We both got pedicures but my mom opted to add on a manicure as well. My mom's nail tech (for the pedi) did an absolutely amazing job and took her time making her comfortable from start to finish. As for the manicure, the woman did it simultaneously with her pedicure and that was probably not the best idea . She was on her phone for half of it and didn't even touch her cuticles. To finish, the paint was awful. My pedicure was also super mid which is fine, but the paint was also bad. Thankfully everyone was really friendly and the one pedicure outweighed all else. I regret not getting the name of the nail tech that did my mom's pedicure because she is the real MVP here.

During my appointment I noticed the nail tips weren't placed correctly on my natural nails and mentioned it to the technician. I was charged $90 for my set and it has already started lifting and it hasn't even been 6 days. For that price, I expected much better quality and nails that would last longer. They were able to get my friend in first and then me after. Our pedicure tech was a young male and did great! My big goes toe gets shoved into the sides and he really cut it down great without me even asking. Took time to massage and it didn't feel rushed. I got a full set. A cuticle cut isn't included because it's considered a manicure and I believe for both, it starts at $55? I was running low on time so I skipped out. I showed an older gentleman a picture from Pinterest and he mixed some dip powders and a few trial and error nails to get my perfect color which I really appreciated. Talked to him a bit and he said he's the owner and his wife and son work there. From what I can tell, he's the only one who can speak English.
