By conventional terms, I can't call myself a regular, but I've came to Kayla's Nails for pedicures at least three times a year since 2021. No matter the duration between each visit, whether I make a call or show my face, they always remember me and they treat me like I'm a brother. The friendly banter, the family atmosphere reminds me of the warmth you'd find in a close-knit family business. The work; it's always 10 out of 10 at a very affordable rate. I usually get their pedi-in-a-box which costs me about $55 and take home foot moisturizer sample. The Pedicure usually lasts several months before I'm in need of another and I always leave fully refreshed and rejuvenated. This place is very busy, so I recommend not walking in but calling ahead of time to schedule appointments because their service is top-notch. They are in high demand, and I just absolutely love it here. All the ladies are amazing, genuinely funny, and I will keep coming back and spending my money at Kayla's Nails because I'm always highly satisfied and get work done at a very fast pace. never had i had a more horrible experience. i had get nails on and rather than soaking off them the woman shaved my natural nail so far down they are so brittle now. my nails used to be so strong and now they will take months to heal from this experience. not only that but the nails were so incredibly messy, both mani and pedi. i can't believe i paid $100 for a mess and actual damage. read more

I'm new to pampering myself and getting acrylic nails, but I absolutely adore Kayla for being the first one who didn't completely scare me with the drill bit. My mom recommended Kayla's Nails to me to get a fill. The ladies on staff work non stop moving stations if need be, but I was seen quickly and my wait time in between prepping my nails and starting my fill were minimal. I asked the lady who did my nails to please write her name down so I can request her again, and to my surprise, I had the owner herself doing my nails! Many ladies who walked in after my appt, she greeted by first name and you could just tell that she made a lasting impression on many other clients. I actually enjoyed getting my nailed done but I had to wait a extra 35 minutes when I had a appointment. I also felt super rushed and they left glue all over my nails and didn't even bother to clean them up she just put glue on painted and told me to pay. I wanted to like this place, because it's close to us and has other positive reviews. I've been in here twice. First time I called for an appointment for gel on my regular nails, a pedicure & my daughters full set. The completed my pedicure & my daughters nails but apparently did not remember I said I wanted my nails done, they told me I should have let them know. I did, when I called to make our appointments. We had to wait almost 1.5 hours longer because of this. Today I called to make 2 fill & polish change appointments. When we arrived no one mentioned an employee had to leave early. They started working on my nails & half way done I finally asked when they would start on my daughters nails. I was told, again, I should have said we wanted 2 appointments at the same time & another employee explained someone had to leave early. I understand stuff happens but we were not informed. I had other obligations & had I known coming in what their situation was I could have made other arrangements. My daughters said when I got up to wash my hands she could tell they were talking about me & mocking me. I wanted to give 2 stars because we had ok previous experiences but my daughter said she would give 0 if she could. I was also knicked at the base of my finger which cause it to burn when placed under the uv light, my daughter was cut too, 3 times, see pics. read more

I did not have an appointment. Right when I walked in Kayla seated me. I recently had my nails done somewhere else and was not satisfied. Kayla took her time! She reshaped to where they all matched! They give a good pedicure but if you make an appointment for 2 they don't get done at the same time. Our appointment was at 2pm for 2 pedicures and I got my pedicure and they didn't start on my friend until 2:50, her water was cold at that point and i just had to sit and wait for her to get done. They didn't bother turning anyone away either they kept telling people to sit and wait and they will be with them instead of taking someone who had been sitting in cold water who had an appointment. read more
