For starters, when I came in and showed them the photo of what I wanted they told me they had time to do my nails, but they ended up closing while working on the nails and refused to finish the design. The designs they did so were decent, only one girl here was able to do it, the rest of them were incapable of doing the design I wanted. The worst part is that the nails are completely flat with no apex whatsoever, I'm not sure if that's intentional and they are hoping the nails don't last so you come back again sooner, or if they have inadequate training, but anyone who knows good nails knows that these aren't it. went today for my husbands first pedicure. made an appointment online, got sat a few minutes after time which was totally fine. i believe it was Nikkie that came over and asked us what pedicure we would like, we both got the deluxe. made sure to tell her that it was my husbands first time getting one and she did a really good job explaining each step to him and making sure he felt comfortable. I paid for a more expensive pedicure package with shellac on a Sunday. By the next Sunday, it had all peeled off. Looking back, I don't remember the guy prepping my nails like I have had other nail techs do in the past. I called the salon to see if they could give me a discount or fix the pedicure. The receptionist took my info down and said the manager (Sherri? I think is the name she said) would call me back. 2 days later and it's been crickets. So, go elsewhere. I've had children's polish from my 10 year old last longer. For $100, I expected longer than 7 days worth of polish. read more

I had a very negative experience with this salon. I had called the salon about 30 min prior to arriving to ask if they had room to accommodate 3 pedicures. They said sure come on in. We arrived 30 minutes after me calling and they were very busy. 3 chairs were definitely not available. The person who greeted us seemed confused when told that we called and asked for 3 pedis. They then told us that it would be about a 10-15 min wait We waited about 25 minutes until they said that there were two seats available. My fiancé gave up and went to hops and drops to get a drink and wait for my mother and I. There was water in the buckets when my mom and I sat. Someone came over to start my pedicure. 20 min went by as my moms feed continued to get pruney because of being in the water. She finally asked if someone was going to start her pedi and about 5 min later someone did. No one asked us what kind of pedis we wanted or gave us a price list. I received an OK pedi. She paid attention to my cuticles but there was nothing great about it. My mom on the other hand, had a very rushed and rude worker who left paint all over her skin and gave her the most lack luster job. They then rushed us out and we were charged 40 each for a terrible pedicure. I also came in shortly after having neck surgery, and was in a neck brace. the chair was so incredibly uncomfortable and I had to ask for a pillow for my back and they seemed inconvenienced that I asked. I would have preferred they told me that they didn't have time to give us a pedi. 90 dollars wasted and now I will definitely never step foot in here again. read more

They were very professional and took the time to do it well. I enjoyed our chatting too. What I paid didn't get me a hand massage and barely a foot massage. It was last hour of their day and they wanted to get home but I left feeling like I wish I hadn't been there at 5:45 after spending $170. My friend & I both got the Shellack Pedicure. Their website describes it as: 40 minutes, cuticle trim, callus removal, sugar scrub, mask, lotion/oil massage, warm towel, gel polish. We arrived a few minutes early to have time to choose polish colors. After initially being told we didn't have an appointment (yes we did), the rush was on! This place doesn't seem to understand that a pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing, spa experience. We were rushed through: barely a cuticle trim, no callus removal, no sugar scrub or mask. Basically, for me it was a short soak, nail trim, short massage with lotion, warm towel & polish. I was finished in about 20 minutes. My friend's was done in 15, got even less than me and was yanked around by her feet the whole time. And this was for $55!! When we asked to speak to a manager, he unwillingly offered my friend 10% off. Wow. Finally, he begrudgingly offered 20% off. Considering she only got 50% of a pedicure, NOT exactly a bargain!! This place does not care about providing customer satisfaction, they care about getting you in & out of that chair as fast as possible, so they can get through as many paying customers as possible in a day. Getting pedicures here are great. However my friend and I got Louie to do our acrylics and he messed them up SO bad. First of all he rushed through the entire thing, each nail is a different length & shape, he didn't have us wash our hands to get the dust off so there are bubbles and debris under the polish, the entire nail is not covered in polish and he didn't listen when we asked him to change what he was doing. I enjoy this place I been to a few different salons for pedis and this one I enjoy the most. I do believe it's alittle more expensive but I feel you get a lot more out of it then your toes painted. The chairs are comfortable the girls speak pretty good English and usually I book through the internet and I can pick who I would like. We had an issue with my daughters nails the first time and I totally understand her nails were really short and it took a bit of patience to get them right. I had her come back the next morning and Julie ended up helping her and had to redo all her nails because they were pointing up strangely. About two hours later she got them fixed and was a happy girl and I was a happy mom cause I paid $65 for dips and design for my daughter nails and they looked 100% better. read more

I have been here several times and up to recently they were the best in town for nails. Currently, they have people in there that have zero experience. I have unfortunately had the same girl the last two times and both times were an absolute disaster. She had to do my nails the first time, twice. The dip was horrendous. I have not ever seen such a botched job. I was there 2.5 hours. This time she could not even get a manicure right. They charged me $35 bucks and my nails are an absolute disaster. Both times they dismissed my complaints and charged me. They really need to get it together. I even shower Peter the extra skin around my nails - that needed trimmed when doing my cuticle. He said yes, and then I leave with the same issues. I do not understand what is happening in there but atleast have the smarts to fix your mess ups! read more

I have been too MANY nail salons but I have never been to one this dirty. The people were nice my technician for my pedicure was attentive, but the salon is filthy. Sat down to have my nail polish change every station has plexiglass between you and the technician which I appreciate but they were all dirty they have not been wiped down at all, have dust on them nail polish on them etc. The table tops have a layer of nail dust the fans a corroded with dried nail acrylic dust, and crusty nail polish. When you pay 80.00 or more for pedicures and nail fills you expect the place to be clean. Do t even get me started on the bathroom. No I will never be back read more

I keep giving this salon more and more chances, because they are close to home and I like being able to schedule online, but every time I go, it gets worse. I am waiting longer than I am getting work done and they also raised their prices. I think $40 for a 10-12 minute pedicure is outrageous. Plus when I've made appointments in the past they've called me and asked me to come in earlier and then when I get there the person that I requested and scheduled with says they can't see me because they want to leave early so they give me to someone new who seemed to struggle. Ugh. So frustrating! Also they don't seem very clean. I have never see them disinfect the pedicure stations (ie chairs, foot bowl or floor, etc.) after each client. My search continues. read more

I love this place. Even with the COVID measures (plexiglass, required mask and temp check at door) we had a very relaxed and comfortable experience. I like that the lights are dimmed in the salon, its more relaxing. My husband and I both got deluxe manicures and pedicures. I got chelac polish for both my fingernails and toenails. They did a fantastic job on both of us! Our nails are flawless and I'm really impressed with how they turned my husband's rugged nails into perfect and clean nails. They always use disposable files& buffers along with plastic protectors in foot bath.
