They had more rides than meets the eye, but the space and food options were noticeably far less. But unlike MoCo's $20, parking is free. And they kept it PG and had a live go-go band... gotta love that! They are next to an equestrian center, so sometimes you can smell manure, but that's just nature haha. It was like $7 to get in as an adult, and the unlimited ride wristbands are better for individuals than tickets (if you like rides). It was only around for a weekend, so for anyone seeing this... well, you'll have to wait until next year haha. If you're around, definitely go. The free parking is a huge perk!

My friend came into town to celebrate her birthday, so I suggested we check this out and she was on board. When we arrived, we were impressed with the grounds and the building itself. It's so spacious inside and there were many tables for seating. We made outdoor reservations, and were running late but thankfully, we were able to be seated. The outdoor grounds are beautiful with lots of greenery, fresh herbs, and great places for photo opps. The service, itself, was also exceptional. We met the owner and different staff members who periodically checked on us, offering to take additional care of us if we needed. We ordered flight number 1 which was had sweeter wines. Our favorite was the sangria. It was very smooth, almost buttery, and tasted delicious. I inquired if we could order a bottle, but unfortunately, they do not sell bottles of the sangria. It comes as a mix. We did order glasses of it, so that was fine. They do have food on the menu, but we had eaten before we came, so we didn't order anything to eat. They mentioned everything is made fresh, but their menu was a bit pricey although the glasses of wine were reasonably priced. As we waited for our ride, we went back inside and they had a musician playing live music on the saxophone. I will definitely revisit with my husband soon.

Great experience! Super cute small highland cows. You scratch and pet them. Even lay down with…read morethem. They'll nibble your shirt. The animals all look well taken care of. There is a small gift shop and a cute cat in sweater that is free to pet, although they do charge $20/hour to pet the bald cat. There are other animals there (goats, horses) and I think it costs more to cuddle/pet those animals. Be warned - this is a small cow pasture, so expect mud I don't know what a fair price is, but these seems decent Kind of a schlep to get there The bathroom is in their house!

Not to mention, the family behind this vineyard is absolutely sensational and kind. I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Amanda's father, who spoke life and love into everything his daughter has accomplished while proudly raving about the craftsmanship and creativity of her husband, Joel. On this particular visit, the weather started to turn, and Joel had to step out to help get our car out of the mud. He did it with a smile on his face and mud all over him, which we very much appreciated. While he was outside rescuing our vehicle, Amanda handled our group of six with total ease, and her mother stepped in to help as well. It truly felt like family taking care of you. Needless to say, I will absolutely be returning, and next time I'm going for the "try everything" tasting for $24. I mean, how do you beat that? They're open through the winter, so no excuses. Get outside and support this wonderful family that just opened their tasting room . And don't worry about parking. They will get you out lol. Or grab a rideshare. Their vineyard is in PG County and only about 30 minutes from District Heights.

I was impressed…read moreby how smooth everything ran from the parking attendants keeping traffic moving and getting people parked, to how efficient security and ticket enforcement got everyone into the building. The actual arena isn't necessarily small, but it's not huge either, so it still feels lively but intimate at the same time. One of the benefits of the size is that there really isn't a bad seat in the house, but if you have a preference you'll need to arrive early because seats fill up quick.
