Chris, the owner, scheduled his team to come out and rescue this 82 year old former whiz Heathkit builder how to properly wire it. Two unbelievably knowledgeable techs showed up, asked a few questions, and had my total system working just perfectly in 1.5 hours. They also left written detailed notes on using the system because they just knew I was lying when I said I would remember all that they said when the door closed behind them.
