When I explained my situation, Mike (the owner) personally squeezed me into his already busy schedule for the very next day -- even driving out of his way to my home in Sandy. I went over the areas with my Hoover carpet cleaner and got lots more dirt. I think their zeroez is not so great of a cleaning solution. Pictures of this now look Photoshopped. I was so sure the carpet was ruined! The tech used two swatches of carpet to best match. A slightly darker shade on the front of the tread and a slightly lighter shade on the top of the tread.
