Since I didn't know much about vent systems or even what intakes were, I had to ask a lot of questions to get an accurate quote and request the right services. They were incredibly patient and took the time to educate me, ensuring I only booked the services I actually needed. Although they arrived 30 minutes late due to a delay with their previous job, they kept me updated with multiple messages, which I really appreciated. The lead technician (I can't remember his name, but he mentioned a family trip to Hawaii with his kids and wife) was fantastic. He worked so hard, explained everything about my vent system and carpets, and left my carpet looking pristine with those perfect vacuum lines! I was very satisfied with their service. This is the FIFTH time that I have had A+ Carpet Cleaning clean the carpets in my rental between tenants. The carpets are 8 years old now and still look fabulous. They are quick, reasonably priced, and always do a great job!! They remove any spots/stains and the pet treatment removes all of the pet smell!!! Pretty good service. The owner is super friendly and the young guys who took over after he left were great. You don't have to stay the entire time (they can call you when they are almost finished) so you can avoid awkward chit chat and don't have to sequester yourself in an uncarpeted room.. They couldn't get paint stains out of the carpet, but I didn't expect them to (paint is so difficult). VERY EXPENSIVE - Over $1,600 after a discount Everyone at A+ Carpet Cleaning was pleasant to deal with. They did an acceptable job. They are VERY EXPENSIVE. It was over $1,600!!!! And that was with a discount. They came to clean the carpets and the air ducts and while they were there they cleaned the dryer vent. My home is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house...and over half the house doesn't even have carpet. They took every opportunity to charge me more. For example, for carpet cleaning, they charged me for half a room for the closet in the master bedroom. Okay, the way the room is set up, the closet does have carpet, and maybe I could see them charging for it, but the room was full of furniture, and they didn't clean half the master bedroom anyway. If you want to deal with nice people who charge a lot, and will take every opportunity to charge more if they can, then maybe this is a good fit for you. I am happy to pay a fair price for work that is done, but I felt cheated when they left. read more
