However they seemed to skip vacuum clean the 2 kid's bedrooms and do a quick over clean throughout the rest of the carpet area and then jumped into shampoo clean. The result is horrible, the living room have many stain spots and the 2 kid's bedrooms have debris at the corners by the wall. They didn't even bother to clean the kitchen. The kitchen floor and inside oven were left untouched. This is the worst $450 deep cleaning I've ever seen. I doubt they even spent the whole 8 hours in my house, most likely they picked up another job somewhere else while on the clock since I wasn't present to oversee the cleaning. I came home from work and pay them in the evening which was a big mistake. Should have inspect the whole house before hand over $450 cash. We decided to look fo a different carpet cleaner and found APEX CARPET CLEANING on Angi's. Hired APEX. APIX was wonderful. They called as promised before arriving at the arranged time. Chris arrived precisely on time. Reviewed the rooms and issues to be addressed and proceded to do the cleaning. We were not sure he could get all areas cleaned. After completion carpets were like new. Unlike the other cleaners. Cost was more, but worth it. Chris was also very personable and professional. did a wonderful job.
