I have read the reviews of this place and I've seen the reviews about the bad customer service of the staff and ive been here a couple of times and haven't seen it but today I have and it happened to me. I have never seen this lady before but she is an older white lady with grey hair and she is incredibly rude. We had our things in a basket waiting for our clothes to come out of a washer and she decided to start taking things out of our cart to give to another person to take their things out of a dryer without asking until we said something to her.Now when I got here everyone was holding on to a basket and I waited 10 minutes for one and she looks at me and didn't say anything. I had to carry my belongings in with a basket and finally someone gave me one when she was done. I didn't see her telling anyone else that they couldn't hold on to baskets and she only did after we mentioned it to her. I've seen the other two ladies working here one young in early 20's and a mid age blonde lady and they both were polite and respectful but this older lady needs a training on customer service or she should be working somewhere else with no customers. Not happy and probably won't be coming back here.. I would recommend any other place. read more

If you wanna get harassed by the employee working on Monday Jan 17 @ 4:30 stop by , she was really unprofessional and ghetto , she swept my foot and didn't say excuse me she gets in front of my sisters washer( while she's unloading her clothes ) to grab a towel on the floor an didn't say excuse me I finally say something to her about being rude &' unprofessional and she threaten to " find me " outside of her job. I asked for her name or the owners contact information and I was denied, This has to be by far the most unprofessional service I received I've been coming her for years.. very disappointed you would let someone like this work here . She's allowed to take pictures of my car it's not illegal but it's very unprofessional to threaten and follow someone out of the building when they are in the wrong , you guys need to be better and do better she wasn't doing her job since the start.. read more

It was clean, however the old lady in scrubs with the blonde pixie is rude. My two year old was playing with the laundry carts when no one else was here, she knew because she was talking to him whilst doing it. Had no issues, a couple and an older woman walked in and what do you know, this snippy old lady began to scold my child. I reminded her that she should have a sign up, considering there were no issues when we first got here...it surpised me. Her response to my sign reminder was to laugh it off and try to scold my son more. Pity my son is a good kid, moments like these make me wish he was a poop smearing monster so she could see there was no issues with what he was doing with the carts. read more

Very clean laundromat. My washer is on the fritz and I needed a few loads done before I left out of town. The washers were clean and very fast. It got my clothes clean and got the job done!! They have TVs and seating. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a laundry mat! read more

Washers were great however the service was extremely disrespectfully poor. Me and my husband came here yesterday on Saturday morning to wash our clothes 2/18 We had used about 4 washers all next to each other obviously all different wash times. We were down to two of the loads still washing the had 8 minutes left so mind you I went to go fold the rest of my loads. I wasn't going to wait there for 8 minutes until they were done when I had other clothes to tend too. A young lady by the name Of "alisa" or "Elisa" had said to me "are these your clothes in the washer? You should hurry up and get them out other people want to wash their clothes and are waiting" very very rude way to ask someone to remove their clothes, or course I took my clothes out. Now, dryers were taken & some peoples clothes that have been sitting in the dryer for over an (hour) as we were waiting our turn to dry our clothes we had asked the rude young lady if she can see who's clothes they were since she's telling us to hurry up and take our clothes out the washer because u know like she said, we're waiting. She then proceeded to tell me "I don't think I ever took ur clothes out the washer did I? No I didn't I told you to hurry up and get them out so I don't need to tell nobody to get their clothes out the dryer" & rolls her eyes and walks into the little office and locks up ? Lol. Very rude little girl, wouldn't want someone here working with that nasty attitude towards costumers in such a beautiful new business. Over all the washers were great but the way we were treated or spoken to was beyond me. read more

Nice, clean place to come and do your laundry. Washed a King size comforter. Used the biggest machine they had. Took 25 minutes to wash, which is not bad at all. It was free dry Thursday. Lots of washers & dryers in different sizes to choose from. The attendant there was nice and helpful. read more

The laundromat facility itself is nice but it is dealing with the women they have "working" here that earns it 2 stars. One woman is beyond rude and struts around the place acting entitled and bossing people around. Another time we were here there were 2 employees who just stood by their closet and spoke loudly and laughed the entire time I was there. I'd suggest starting your loads of laundry, leave, come back when your laundry is done, and avoid the employees. Note, there is one nice lady who works here and every time I see her she is busy working and always friendly. read more

My husband and I are not fans of public laundry facilities. At all. They can be dirty, smelly, weirdos wandering around, just gross. But when it came down to it, and we HAD to go to one, this one met and exceeded our standards. Mainly because it's fairly new, so the machines haven't gotten as much use as other places have. We live 800 miles north of this place and have to come down for 2 to 3 months out of the year for work. So doing laundry here is a no-brainer. The owner is the sweetest thing ever! Love her to bits. They keep the place super clean, the atm is cheap ($1.99), they have MULTIPLE sizes of washing machines and even a row of top-loaders if those are more your style. Each machine (washer and dryer) has a pound limit, which makes it easier. They even offer a drop off service where you pay by the pound and can pick up same day or the next day. I've gone at the busiest times and STILL found 2 to 3 washers that are available. I haven't had to wait for a single machine to open up. They also have vending machines if you need a snack or if you forgot your laundry soap. Plus they serve coffee!! All of the machines take either quarters or a debit card! But not both...to me, that's the only negative thing. If you're in the area and need to do laundry, go here. The parking can be a little tricky, but the facility itself is the best I have ever gone to and used. Y'all are crazy if you think this place is expensive. Don't like the price? This is by far the cleanest laundry mat in town,I have been here about 3 times.They have been open for a few months now and all of the washers and dryers work unlike a lot of places around town which include another laundry mat on Yosemite where almost half of the dryers don't work and a lot of the washers are broken!! It seems like there is a man living in the office.(kinda creepy) The ladies that work here are pleasant as well always smiling and happy to help. When I was there I accidentally poured my soap in the fabric softener slot and there was a blonde lady there I think she might be the manager who helped me out by flushing it through so it wouldn't mess up the wash, I'm glad she was there to help. I have to say the positive here is the machines are all brand new which is nice. The prices were pretty much the same as other laundromats in town, until i noticed they increased the prices recently. Speaking of prices, they graciously offered free drying for a time and all good things must end. My pet peeve here, unlike other laundry businesses is that the dryers are a flat rate. The one I use is $1.50 for a set period of time, approx a half hour. If your clothes are slightly damp you cannot put in one more quarter for 7 or so minutes. It's all or nothing. This alone makes me think about going elsewhere. After all, I know it doesn't have to be like this. The customer bathroom is ALWAYS locked, so why have one? Don't make tbe mistake of asking the manager or attendant for help or access to the restroom. It seems none are all that happy to be there and that you are annoying them. I have seen more pleasant people in far worse jobs. To use the free wi-fi you are required to post on facebook that you are at the business. I don't mind that really, but... no facebook? No wi-fi for you. read more

Worst customer service ever!! Came in one night and as we walked out to get out baskets from the car, the lady locked us out, there was still 2 hrs until they closed!! Then after knocking on the door for 5 minutes she finally let us back in, only to lock the door back behind us, locking us in!... today we decided to give it another try. Although it was another lady, just as bad an experience! My kids were playing, like a normal 6 and 2 yr old would be, as I was loading the washer and the lady started yelling at them! I told them both to just sit down and wait for me. Then as we were sitting waiting another customer walked by with her no more that 6/7 month old baby in a stroller who was screaming. Not a big deal to us, he's a baby, that's probably the only way he knows how to communicate. However the lady decided to yell at my kids again telling them not to scream! So unprofessional!! This will defiantly be my last time using this place! read more
