I was just there 30 mins ago. Got attitude thrown at me while ordering at the speaker. Waited maybe a totally of 15 mins in the drive through, which isn't the biggest deal BUT for me to wait 15 ish minutes for food I expected it to be at least good. Nope. Got home (7 mins after getting the food) and the burritos weren't even wrapped up in the tinfoil , the burrito themselves weren't wrapped properly and they were cold... What an awesome sandwich! Wasn't greeted when I walked in, even after standing under the menu board for a minute or so, so I moved to the register and was then told "you order here" by the grillman. Hadn't been to the new location with a very much appreciated added drive-thru, so gave them a shot tonight figuring they've settled into their new digs. I'm giving them 4 stars on the strength of the meat, cheese and grilled veggies which are at the heart of any good Philly. The roll could have been more substantial and fresher in my opinion. I appreciate that they make each order fresh but I felt the cook staff could have done a better job of using the cooktop more efficiently and prepared multiple orders simultaneously instead of what appeared to be one at a time. I was disappointed in the amount of toppings included. I barely noticed the mushrooms and peppers. Nor was the sandwich cheesey enough. By the time I added a side of fries and medium drink, the price was over $19. Good steak meat and bun but definitely not worth $19. My favorite Philly in town I from Skinnys Sports Bar and Grill. While the food was good, the ambiance was NOT. The staff could have been more friendly; however, that wasn't my main issue. While we didn't notice it immediately. As we began to eat our meal, it seemed to get increasingly warmer. Finally it got so hot, I began to sweat. I asked the management to turn on the A/C, and was informed that it was broken. We sat in the extremely uncomfortable heat trying to finish our meal. (I hate sweating and eating at the same time.) I would advise the management to put up a sign or something to inform the customers that way we could have a least ordered our food "to go" and consumed it in our air conditioned van. read more

New place to get a Philly in town? However, a goofy menu of Phillies, Mexican burritos and salads. Got a steak Philly with fries. No option for Cheese Wiz! But 4 different BBQ sauces, au jus, Asian au jus, and mushroom gravy in a condiment bar. Just really weird, like what would the BBQ sauce even go on? Despite odd menu, no Wiz for the "best Philly" and small portion of fries, the actual reason I wouldn't go back is because the meat was way too salty. Nothing sensational here. The menu's a little weird, and also a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. On my first outing I got the steak nachos and my dad got the philly cheesesteak. I've never been to Philly, so unlike most of the other reviews I've seen for this restaurant in other cities I'm not going to compare its 'authenticity.' I had a bite of his sandwich and it had a very rich flavor, and the steak being cooked in front of you made it taste hot and fresh. The nachos were an even better choice though. For $7.50 or so I got a full plate, it more than filled me up while tasting great. The rest of their menu is burritos, salads and rice bowls. I'm not sure I'd come here instead of Qdoba if I wanted a burrito but for a fast casual restaurant it seems like you'd still get a great meal no matter what you order. My only real complaint is the sauces. BBQ sauce? For what? And no ketchup for the fries? Maybe it was just temporarily missing, I don't know. Mushroom Gravy and Asian Chili seemed like weird choices when you don't even have cheese whiz or sriracha. Still a good restaurant, and those seem like easy enough fixes. read more

This place does the cheesesteak well and does it quickly. It's clean and there are plenty of condiments. Not much else one could want for a lunch spot. On this occasion I had the chicken, but I've also had beef and beef brisket. They put the toppings on that you like, so it would be pretty tough not to like your sandwich in the end. read more

Food was yummy and filling. Low carb diet so took me a bit to decide on what I wanted for first service. Felt a little rushed, got the chicken on bed of lettuce with veggies. Didn't have guacamole so a little sad there, overall not bad. A bit pricy for several people, but if on your own not bad for a treat. First time back since they did away with shrimp. Surprised to see they have shrimp back, anyway I ordered steak and shrimp nacho fries with the works just as awesome now as they were back when. Second time at this particular location and will be the last time. Service both times has been below acceptable. Waited 3min at the counter for three the employees to finish their conversation. Ordered a steak philly with pepper jack smothered on top. Before I could stop the employee he added the disgusting looking cheese sauce that have obviously been setting on the warmer all day. This "sandwich" was so sloppy I couldn't pick it up to eat it. Cheese sauce tasted how it looked and after a few bites I threw it away. Fries were fresh and delicious but had to wait for the one employees to cook them after he made my sandwich and rang me up...the other employees were still haveing a convo directly next to the fryer. I went in tonight because I'd heard that the food was good. There were 3 people behind the counter. and one person in line in front of me. One of the people was finishing a burrito for the customer in front of me. One was going back and forth into the back room and the 3rd was cleaning the grill. I stood there for 5 minutes. NOT ONE OF THEM ACKNOWLEDGED ME OR TOOK MY ORDER. The one finished with the one other customer in line, looked at me and then turned around and grabbed empty containers and took them to the back room. I waited around and finally left without ever ordering. As someone who works retail where customer ratings play an important role, I'm very judicious about what I say about service establishments, but the lack of service was horrible.
