I can't begin to explain how much this place has changed my life. I went from struggling to put my pants on, do the dishes, brush my teeth, and literally any bending over and just never having energy or strength for ANYTHING. I was SO depressed and I literally tried EVERYTHING. I went there to check out what I heard was a cool device for pain called the SoftWave that many pro athletes use and I now understand why. I had a bulging disc that was poking on my spinal cord nerve and just putting me in constant annoying agony on the daily for years and I was extremely depressed. I needed to keep the faith and continue through the whole 30 sessions that they recommended and thank God I did because I am finally pain-free and it has changed my life dramatically. This review is for the Van Nuys location. A very large amount of money was spent for a chiropractor (Ryan Truong) whom lacked knowledge when I needed guidance. He lacked professionalism and spent most of his time talking about his personal life instead of offering guidance and expertise on the issue at hand. If it weren't for Dr. NAM the acupuncturist whom was amazing at patient advocating, I would have continued in excruciating pain after my sessions. I have medical background knowledge and had to start taking note of the settings every time I was put on the decompression table. Dr. Nam realized settings were too intense and was causing more pain than anything. Personally, I would be aware and ask for someone else other than Ryan Troung. He lacks chiropractor specialty knowledge. When I needed help, I didn't find it with him. Angie, Jasmine, The entire front desk/reception, all whom put me on the table and did treatments on me, and Dr. Nam the acupuncturist were amazing. Nothing negative about them. The director popped her head in and spoke to me a couple of times but was not reassuring. She didn't bother to call me or do a follow-up after I completed treatment or to even see on my end what went wrong. Do your research first before coming here. I was in a 40 mile an hour head on collision years ago and it caused 2 severe disk bulges / herniations in my neck and 2 in my lower back. I have been doing physical therapy, epidurals, ultrasound, chiropractic + more for years and my body was degrading every month. 2 months ago I lost all feeling in my left arm and the limp on my right leg worsened. I was scheduled to have an emergency total disc replacement surgery for two discs in my neck in which they would have to remove my throat, pull the discs out from the front of my body and put in a prosthetic metal disk. I would need a minimum of two of these surgeries. That was the only thing my health insurance would approve of. In my daily physical therapy and chiropractor, etc. routine, I let them know that I was in need of an emergency surgery since I was losing use of my leg and arm. They said do you to the severity of my injury they recommended spinal decompression therapy 1st before going into the surgery i had planned for the following week. What an amazing decision this place was for me. After starting at this facility, within two weeks, I started to regain feeling in my left arm. Dr. Rozenberg & Dr. Ryan have given life back to the extremities I lost feeling in. I am very disappointed in the Spine and Disc Center. I regret deciding to get treatment here. They take advantage of people's pain and make them sign a contract with a $1500 cancellation fee. If you go here even for one treatment and decide to cancel, you must pay a $1500 cancellation fee! They are stealing money from vulnerable people in pain and are desperate to receive therapy to get rid of their pain. I went into Dr. Rozenberg's office with the worst back pain/leg pain (due to sciatica). She told me that she would heal me and said that spinal decompression was the only way for me to get better. Having surgery on my back was the last resort, and I definitely didn't want to do that because of the risks that came with it. I was convinced that spinal decompression is my only choice in relieving my terrible constant pain. So with that, I went ahead and signed up to receive treatment with the Spine and Disc Center and with Dr. Rozenberg. All I can say is this treatment did absolutely nothing for me. Going into this with so much hope and all the hope Dr. Rozenberg gave me that I would get better with this treatment, I was so disappointed. I don't want to say which treatment is better for someone else, but at least for me, this was a waste of my time and money. For those out there who are in pain and desperately looking for relief, I urge you; PLEASE do some more research before getting spinal decompression treatment. There are many others ways you can cure yourself without having to pay a fortune because you are in PAIN. I made the mistake of letting someone else take advantage of my vulnerability. They charged me a fortune and I received no relief!!! Beware and be wise. Do what is best for you, but don't let anyone take advantage of your situation! This place robs people. read more

Dr Rozenberg is a healer with the power to make you feel better pretty much on your 1st visit to her. I came to her with severe neck and upper back pain and in only 2 visits she has relieved so much of my soreness and tightness, it is almost unreal. She has the latest chiropractic equipment and utilizes that in concert with her chiropractic care and adjustments as therapy. She had a machine called Neuromed that is like a combination of cupping and stimulation that totally relaxes my muscles. I first started coming here January 2014 and still am currently going there. When I first came into this chiropractor they made is so easy for me. Dr.G is awesome he can crack every bone in your body without giving you soreness the next day. He is very gentle and always asks how you are doing. Dr. Rozenberg and her staff have been amazing, I came to their office for 24 sessions and every single session was great. Veronica, at the front desk is a sweetheart, the first time I ever walked in I was wearing a neck brace and I had swelling across my shoulders so she gave me an ice pack to take home and a hug. The sweetest! Roxana would usually get me started with my session and was extremely welcoming and helpful. I have consistently been satisfied with the treatment that Brigitte Rozenberg, Wellness Center has provided. I have been seeing them for over 2 months. There is never a wait when you arrive for your appointment. When you need to schedule your next visit, they have plenty of options available. The staff at the west LA location in Culver City are nice and caring. The office is quiet and the receptionist will warm up to you after a few visits. I have never actually seen Dr.R in person but there are a lot of pictures of her in the office on plaques. My only disappointment was after two months of treatment I didnt feel like I was seeing any improvement in my body and the nurses kept saying give it time and take it easy. They never went over a plan with me so I knew what the expectations were and I was receiving the same treatment, twice a week, for two months. The treatment was TENS therapy, and they had me get on the exercise bike once. One time. Never gave me exersizes for strengenthing or advice for pain. Just a smile and a pat on the head and when would you like to reshedule? Also, the office is on the second floor. Give yourself extra time to get there. The elevator is slow as hell and you know you are not taking that massive staircase up there to treatment. read more
