After receiving no notification for pickup, I called the Friday before her Saturday photoshoot only to find they had shuttered the shop for the weekend because the owner went out of town. I was forced to reschedule the entire production--photographer, hair, and makeup--all because they couldn't be bothered to communicate. When I finally picked up the dress on Monday, they charged me $175 for a handful of buttons only to inform me they didn't even have the machine to press it. They even had the nerve to gripe about the glitter the dress left behind. If the fabric or the timing was an issue, they should have refused the service so I could have gladly taken my business elsewhere. While the girl who did the alterations was super nice and did a great job, the rest of the staff was extremely rude. The woman at the counter was particularly classless, refusing to acknowledge or even look at my daughter and me. She actually kicked the dress with her foot to get around us rather than acting like a professional. Regardless of whatever personal biases they have, we were paying customers who deserved basic respect. There are much better places in town that actually value their clients. Do yourself a favor and go to Royal Cleaners downtown; they are sweet, family-owned, and actually professional.

She is always delightful and has a smile on her face. The service is great. We have had a problem every now and then but everyone does. They always make it right. The customer service and the service you get for your laundry is better than anyone in town. They are a cleaners who will remember your name and always try to help you if you are in a bind with time. More businesses need to hire more Veronica's because she cares about each of her customers. This customer will continue to go for the service and for the smile you get when you enter the door.

They did a marvelous job. I thought the service was better with a quicker turnaround time than I am used to in San Antonio. Pants are always heavy starched for work. picked them up and they were pressed only. Not a big deal. Called comet to explain and asked if I could bring them back so they can be heavy starched. The lady insisted that's how my wife told them to do it. My wife said that wasn't the case but regardless of the misunderstanding I wanted to bring them back so they could be done how the notes are on file. Got a call back minute later by a different lady and she was upset and being confrontational about that's what your wife said to do. It got to a point quickly I asked if it's that big of a deal should I just go somewhere else and she said yes that be best. It's obvious she is having a bad day I get it but hope she reads this and provides better service going forward. Don't think what I was asking was unreasonable and people do have misunderstandings but she wouldn't let it go. First comment I've ever left so that should say something to you if you read it.

They also have a drive thru which is pretty unique. For a blazer and pant suit to be cleaned I paid $26, I personally think that price is appropriate.

I hired Green Quality Air for a vent cleaning special that they had for $79. This deal was…read moreeverywhere on social media, so I scheduled an appt. I wanted my dryer vent cleaned since we had purchased new machines. They "allegedly" cleaned my vent. When i had my new dryer installed i was receiving an error "80% Duct Blockage" My dryer has this safety feature. I called the technicians from the dryer, nothing wrong with dryer. I told they i had the vent cleaned 1 week prior to install. I had 3 more people come to my house to give an estimate for a rerouting of the vent since that's what could apparently be causing the error on the dryer. Green Quality came to to give me an estimate for the rerouting of exhaust ducts to reduce bends and improve air flow. The Third person who came to give an estimate checked the dryer vent through the outside and simply pulled all this lent and leaves that was blocking the ducts. These ducts had 'allegedly" been cleaned by Green Quality Air. I was furious! It took 3 people to find the blockage and Green Quality came twice to my house. Very, very disappointed, i had referred my boss and took that back. Don't use them, they do a half a** job. So much for cleaning, waste of time and money.
