I could not find the claim check but I had the credit card receipt of the same date paying for the clothes. The attendant told me I could not pick up my clothes because I didn't have the claim check. I was angry but agreed to go home and locate the claim check. Who does this when you have a paid receipt?????? I found the claim check. Went back to the cleaners. I was told the clothes I dropped off now had a "different number" attached and that I never paid for it. I was livid. I essentially paid for the same 7 items twice because I was forced to pay for it again or the attendant there wouldn't give me my clothes.
