I went in this place and it was very clean and pretty busy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dominic was there and assisted me with my comforter and he put it in the washer and put the soap and softener in the machine and he said that I could leave and he would take care of it. This used to be my favorite go to laundromat until this past Tuesday. Came in to just fry a load of clothes & immediately noticed. The $2.25 only pays for 25 minutes forcing you to add the .25 cents additional for time. This is due to them lowering the heating temperature of the new machines (they don't get as hot).. read more

Were it possible, I would give 5 stars..This business is fairly new in Katy and it breaks my heart to see what is happening to it. The floors are filthy, the folding tables are dirty an the machines appear to not have been wiped down in a VERY long time.! The young lady working there (Sunday morning), was so preoccupied with her tablet that it was me who had to show a fellow customer how to operate the spincard machine. The young men who have been working during my previous visits have been so very helpful including helping me unload my car and then reload my cleaned items into my car. We do not use laundromats very often usually once a month to wash comforters. We wanted to try this one because we heard it was new and obviously had new machines. I used it this morning around 9am. The employee on duty, Brooklyn, was very helpful, patient and nice with a first timer. She explained the options of loading the card, which washing machine to use for what I had and available for any other questions I had. A nice place, clean, wifi, numerous TV's, store and gaming area. We will use this facility in the future. read more

Poor management. My comforter got stuck in a washer and they expected me to wait all day with no solution. None of the staff knows how to operate or repair this issue on their poor quality of machine and maintenance. DO NOT COME HERE. -100000/10 would not recommend. read more

super new, modern-feeling laundromat. they have a mini store at the front where you can buy detergent, fabric softener, etc. you pay with a "spin card" which is free and reloadable either with money or a card. finally, you can choose to register your card which will send you a text message once your loads are completed. overall, good experience and i'll definitely come here again :) read more
