Even the parents enjoyed it. Spider-Man arrived on time, full of energy and excitement. He made sure to include all kids in the activities and superhero training. He was patient and kind with all the kids and made sure everyone had a great time. Parents and kids are still raving about their experience meeting and training with Spider-Man! The performers stayed in character for the entire party! We had over 30 kids at my son's 8th birthday party and each child was thoroughly entertained and intrigued by Superman versions of Peter Parker, Miles Morales annnnd Gwen Stacy. Upon entering, we were…read moregreeted by a security guard who loudly announced that the store would be closing at 9 p.m.--even though the website clearly said 11 p.m. As we stepped into the first doorway, we paused to allow four vision-impaired patrons and their caregiver to exit. The guard held the door but impatiently waved his hands, saying, "Come on, come in y'all," as if they were moving too slowly. I was stunned by the blatant lack of respect and basic humanity. I even said out loud, "Do you not see that they're vision impaired?" After making my purchase, I mentioned the incident to the cashier, who explained that the guard was hired through a third-party company but said she would address it. Unfortunately, as I exited, the same guard looked me up and down and said, "Now why would you talk to them people like that?" -- a clear attempt to gaslight and shift blame. I left shocked and disappointed. The lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by that guard was disturbing. As someone who has a visually impaired nephew and a mother with disabilities, I can't imagine them being treated that way. I truly hope Spirit Halloween reviews who they hire to represent their stores -- because that kind of behavior is unacceptable.

It is fully stocked with a huge selection of costumes, masks and wigs. Very clean and organized at this time. Lots of parking in the shopping plaza. I recommend this place!

Not sure if this visit was so awful because I went on Halloween Day, or if it's always a sh*t show…read morein there. I may never know. The parking lot has ample spaces but the spots are taken up as everyone and their mom seem to frequent this plaza. There's a lot of traffic congestion from pedestrians AND cars, that lot could use someone to stand and direct folks. Plus, it's just a gross lot, raggedy looking. So is the building Party City is in. Looks run down, in my opinion. I finally was able to find a spot but had to park crookedly. I went into Party City and man...there were SO MANY PEOPLE IN THERE, they were basically hanging off the rafters! Most folks were in a checkout line, but I'd pre-ordered and prepaid for my stuff. I followed a sign that said Pickup farther down the checkout counter, but there was a line over there too. I asked the folks in it if they were picking up items, but they told me they were there for balloons. And indeed, there were 3 girls in the "pickup" area blowing up balloons. I wasn't trying to deal with the pandemonium of the regular checkout line, it was much longer than the "balloon/pickup" line, so I stayed where I was. When I was 2-3 customers back from the front of this line, one of the girls blowing up balloons asked the line if everyone was waiting for balloons. Everyone said yes, but me, and she asked me my last name, which I gave her, but she didn't scurry off to get my order. 5-10 mins later I was at the front of the line. Another girl who had been blowing up balloons asked if she could help me so I had to repeat I was picking up an order, gave her my name, then had to tell her what was in the order, wth? She actually did scurry off and eventually came back with a bag for me. She handed it over, didn't ask for ID, nor did she seem to scan the bag for inventory purposes. [shrugs] I was just happy to be able to leave that place, it was a mad house! I got home and tried on the witch shoe covers I'd bought and they didn't fit over my shoe. They were supposed to be one size fits all, but clearly they weren't. I intended to take them back, but checked the Party City return policy. Unfortunately because I picked them up after 10/24, I can't get a full refund on Halloween stuff, only a store credit. I get why this policy is in place, but in my case, I'm not trying to wear a costume and bring it back after the holiday. The shoe covers didn't function as advertised! I'm pretty over Party City at this point and will do a better job next year of securing a Halloween outfit well in advance so I don't have to rely on Party City last minute.

I was actually told that I had to let the balloons be delivered and then I had to reject them in order to get a refund. Which is an absolutely ridiculous waste of their time and of materials. NEVER use this place if there is a chance you might cancel your party (which I had to do b/c of COVID...). Just completely and utterly incompetent.

Such a joy to work with her. Her rates are very reasonable considering the quality and breadth of her designs. I mean... she could be an instagram sensation easy if a few influencers grammed her work. She is also very sweet and will always chat with guests as she's doing the designs and make each and everyone feel extra comfortable sitting in the make up chair. She does everything from full face masks, glitter bars, smaller designs. I mean... let me tell you something: Absolutely no reason AT ALL why you wouldn't want her at adult events. In fact, I've used her exclusively for events with 21+ adults. Can't wait to work with her in the future!
