My daughter had her heart set on getting a brand new Lamar Jackson Ravens jersey. Since we're from Cali it would've been almost impossible to find that jersey. I went to the first lids store in the mall and the associate told me to come to the "locker" one. I was greeted by two very friendly gentleman Eddie and Andy (i believe that was their names) they gave off Rob and Big energy and were so pleasant and helpful. Andy helped me get the jersey my daughter wanted along with two other jerseys; a throwback Vince Carter raptors jersey and the highly sought after Michael Jordan UNC college jersey. Both in youth sizes. Our lids in Cali rarely sell jerseys and if they do it's only Warriors so to find these gems were a huge win for me! As I was getting ready to pay their register was having a bit of an IT issue. They both handled it very professionally and made sure to communicate with the other customers what was going on. They were only offline for less than 10 mins and even offered customers to come back and they would hold their items if they had to go to other places. That was very nice of them considering they weren't sure when the system would be back up. This is probably my favorite Lids to ever visit...it's too bad it's across the country otherwise my child would go broke there lol! Kuddos to this store for having an amazing selection and inventory and an even better staff! Talk about a deal...Anyone who knows about a Nike store, you can pay that price for just one pair of shoes or hoodie alone!! LOL! The floor plan is open which is great for accommodating large crowds, and this place tends to get crowded for sure but, what I've noticed is that the lines at check out move fast and they tend to have a good rotation of inventory. There were a couple of items on the floor where I needed a different size and one of the staff members were able to check their stock and pull the size I needed from the inventory room. I really appreciated that as to he could've been lazy, and not even bother to put forth the effort, giving that the store was so crowded. In all, easy to shop because of the set up and attentive staff. Also, great prices and return policy. The store is large, clean with lots of rotating stock and items for a factory outlet store. I am late to the trendy scene and discovered them this past year after seeing people I know wear their brand. I know it's expensive so thought now was a good time to check then out. Everything in the store was 50% off. There was also a 60% clearance rack. Upon entering I was greeted and informed about their promotion. I saw a cute sweater that was just too large and unflattering on me. I purchased two long tees, one red and one pink. I'm happy that the sleeves were just the right length. Many retailers I shop at don't offer petite sizes so the sleeves are always too long or baggy. Their apparel is really cute and I am glad that not everything is imprinted with their large whale logo on it. I am definitely adding this to my list whenever I shop at the mall, but only when it's a big holiday and there are good sales.
