I needed something I could buy off the rack because my anniversary is just over a month away. Vicki was my consultant and she was beyond spectacular. Honestly, she needs a raise! She worked so hard to find me exactly what I was looking for, and it was no easy task with the time crunch and the fact that the alterations dept. was already completely booked up. She took her time with me and treated me like I was the only customer in the store. She made sure I was walking away fulfilling my vision for this occasion. My bracelet, which my granddaughter Khaleesi made me last Christmas, broke a few weeks ago. I was sad, made more sad because my fat fingers could not fix it. I remembered the kind manager at Michael's from previous helpful experiences so I thought she could direct me what to do. April guided me into the classroom where she worked on it for awhile - still answering other customer and colleagues needs while painstakingly stringing my beads together. Bless her. I learned how and why she genuinely loves working at Michael's, helping people with her beautiul smile. After many careful, creative minutes, April had my loving bracelet back together.
