Strange company/difficult to communicate with Messy clean…read moreup- always picking up their plastic After years of service told me they could not service us anymore because we did not send them a check in time ( keep in mind they are have an archaic system and you cannot use anything from 2000s like venmo, zelle) I actually forget because who uses payments in form of check only They lied and said not doing our neighborhood anymore but when I questioned them about still using a neighbor who I gave them their business, they came around and said they had to remind to mail a check. Seriously? Not very polite and easy to work with Found a different company and it has been so much better... there are others out there. They even have electronic invoices.. imagine that. I would look around.

My neighbors have always complimented me on the lights every Christmas. When I saw that they now did all season patio lighting, I had to get a quote. I am once again impressed with their professionalism and awesome display that they did for my patio. The lights are beautiful and have made our summer that much more special, especially since we are stuck at home. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with their service and always quick response to my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to brighten up their patio or bring a romantic glow to any outside area of your home.

OK, it's nice to drive through and see all these Christmas lights in one place. However, a trip…read morethrough Lincolnwood's neighborhoods or some other well-lit suburban havens won't cost you admission and you can admire it as long as you want, with repeated passes on favorite blocks if you like. Here, you drive around the perimeter of the Arlington Racetrack parking area and admire the pretty lights. They have a weak FM broadcast for the exhibit area which plays Christmas music and has advertising mixed in between songs. As you observe the pretty lights, time seems to fly very quickly and then you exit out before you know it. A lot of work went into setting up the lights, so I can understand the cost involved. However, for the price of admission, I think it would be reasonable to ask for a 2nd pass through the lights without getting mushed out onto the road again. If you want to do the lights, I recommend getting a bunch of people together and taking up a collection to split the per-vehicle cost. At least you won't feel ripped off as badly. And look in the local suburban papers for coupons on the admission too.

Really, three and a half stars. Located at Arlington Park racecourse, it's a 1.6 mile drive-thru…read morecourse boasting lighted displays for the holidays. (you'll see Hannukah as well as secular Christmas depictions). It is nice enough, and younger kids will really like it. They also give you a package of dark chocolate covered Altoids. But at the risk of sounding like Scrooge, I was expecting more. I wanted to be overwhelmed by the lights. And I wasn't. On weekends, it's $12 per vehicle, and I swear we were in and out in no more than 5-6 minutes. And we weren't speeding. The proceeds went to benefit the Clearbrook Center, which made it worthwhile. Honestly, the last section was the best. There, for a stretch, you got lights on both sides of the car. There was even a depiction of the 12 Days of Christmas (we were to golden rings before we figured it out). And the course's final lighted image was the fabled Christmas.... butterfly? Honestly, our friends swore there was a much better drive-thru lights event in Vernon Hills, and I think that driving around the right neighborhoods would be just as entertaining.
