I paid in full with deposit and was told id get it after they pick up. I got a phone call a week or so give or take before the party and was asked if they can deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday and i was fine with that. They delivered and all was set. So a day before the party i started to set up the basics and found that 2 chairs were missing a screw to where i didnt feel they were safe to use so i called and left them messages to inform them of the issue and that i was not going to use them. Monday came , they picked up, I called them to make sure they got my messages and they did. They told me they were going to refund me for the chairs added to my deposit refund. Everything went smooth. I felt no hassle whatsoever. They were so friendly and their customer service was excellent. I will be going to them for any future events. I highly recommend them. Im usually worried of things going wrong but after my experience with them i know with them i will have no worries.

Even though we had CONFIRMED with them before signing anything that they could deliver and pickup on Sunday. My fiancé advised that we should ask for a refund then and we SHOULD have. Second, they charged us to rent a trailer FROM them, because they were unable to deliver. This trailer turned into a NIGHTMARE! When my family went to go pick up the trailer there was an accident and they were caught in traffic. Tomball Party Rental called us multiple times to say they weren't going to stay open late. After some negotiating they stayed late. When my family got there to pick up the trailer, it was a LOW BOY! An open trailer, with everything tied down to it! Brandy had assured me it would be a small, enclosed trailer "like a small Uhaul" were her words exactly. Considering we picked up the day before the wedding, there was a chance of rain that night, how were we going to secure all that merchandise (since we live out of town) over night?! So my parents loaded everything up in their vehicle and headed to the motel. The next day when we were setting everything up for the wedding, the silver chargers we warped, cracked and delaminating.Their napkins were also the thinnest thing possible so that you couldn't even fold them! (Which is something we had specifically wanted when we had the consultation.) Please learn from my mistake, do not EVER use this company for ANYTHING. I will never do business with them again.
