She offered assistance with the colors, arranged them nicely and all with a very helpful energy. I got the balloons to the car and they would not fit, even after one popped. I was frustrated and nervous this was all going to be a flop. I walked back in with my balloons and Kylie saved the day! More than 680 park guests enjoyed Anna & Elsa, Captain America, Face Painter, and Balloon Artist at the event. The staff was very professional. Kids loved taking photos with the characters.
