Next, I was expecting something along the lines of what you see at Spirit Halloween..animatronics, inflatables, decorations as well as costumes. Basically all they had was mostly costumes and costume accessories with a few decorations here and there. They did have a lot of cool costumes (but most of them seemed a bit on the expensive side) so if that's all you're looking for you're in luck if you come here.

The staff was very friendly upon entering but make sure you don't have any drinks or food because there are giant signs out front that tell you you can't bring it anything in and they will make sure of it. The store was very clean and well lit and I love how everything was easy to walk around and navigate. There are plenty of signs showing you the different things around as well as signs showing you what is meant for the kitchen or bathroom or other various places in your house. The staff was there when I needed it and even pointed out some of their new arrivals as well as bestsellers. I love that they have so many different options that range from trash cans that are designed like little panda bears or Mickey Mouse to kitchen supplies that includes some adorably themed spatulas with a bear handle! The prices here are decent however there are a handful of things that you can tell are very marked up because of the location as well as style of store this is. I like that there are a ton of mystery box type gifts and most of them are pretty cheap because they are little figures. I grew up with this stuff so it's very nostalgic. Miniso has a variety of CUTE STUFF!!! You've got plush, mini trash bins, beauty products, stickers, pillows, stationary, eye masks, makeup, drinks, snacks, candy and so much more. The prices are fair and reasonable. She grilled me, my wife, and my daughter as if we were trying to enter a secret society. I told her I was just looking for some costume makeup, maybe some wigs and a bit of spirit gum, hoping for quality supplies. But when I said I wanted to browse, she shot back with all the warmth of a DMV clerk, "We only rent costumes." Her attitude was so off-putting that we turned around and left before the interrogation could continue. As we drove past the store afterward, we saw her turning away more would-be customers, apparently gatekeeping is her full-time gig.

Most places were already ran through but Google said they might have some V-Day gifts/decor so I was desperate and made my way over. They truly had such unique items that you don't typically find in other stores. Because they have a wedding aisle, I got some miscellaneous things from that section too and curated a box for my loved one. There were a lot of items on sale too so I didn't spend over $50 on everything. Luckily, the store wasn't packed so i was in & out relatively quickly. I'll definitely be coming back for some home decor as this store is HUGE and caters to many different aesthetics.

That said, they still carry the grocery items and everyday essentials I typically shop for. On this particular visit, I was shopping with my nephew in the toddler clothing section. While we were able to find a few items, the selection felt somewhat limited compared to locations like Deerfield Beach and Coral Springs. The department also didn't seem quite as organized as those stores. One thing I did appreciate was the number of self-checkout stations available. Even when the store is busy, the checkout process moves relatively quickly. Overall, this is a solid Target location for everyday shopping.
