I don't know why Tucson allows a business to set up in their city to steal and cheat it's citizens out of their money. I was at the counter and bought a item that needs batteries to light up and paid in cash. I was still at the counter and asked if i got it home and it didn't light up what was the return policy and was told there was a no return policy. I decided while i was at the counter and hadn't left the store that i didn't want to risk it and wanted my money back. The counter clerk checked with the manager and came back and told me i was out of luck since there was a no return policy. They are unscrupulous and thieves at that store. Have you been in one of these super stores yet???? You know they pop up every Halloween??? Oh my!! This was my first visit and I'm hooked! It's like going to a haunted house, minus the entrance fee!! They have displays up that are super creepy and fun! We spent 10 minutes just walking the store pushing all the buttons to turn the displays on! They have a great selection of animated screamers, costumes, lights, and just about everything else to make your Halloween ghoulish fun! Look for their sales!! This is easily my favorite Halloween story ever. They have a lot of holiday props available. I love the way the entire store is setup because it's an open floor plan and not overly crowded even though they have a pretty decent sized selection available. It was a one stop shop because they have pretty much everything you need, including accessories (fake weapons, brooms, etc), and makeup, nails, lashes, paints, fake wounds, etc.). They also offer a military discount with proof of ID. They are extremely helpful if you ask for assistance. I was pleased with my experience there. read more

This store did not have its act together. Granted it is seasonal and may not return, but the customer service was quite bumbling here, it took over 10 minutes of a clerk trying to figure out prices, checking things, not finding a price, calling in a manager, etc etc. And they couldn't figure out the 40% off they promised on their website and it took some wrangling for them to finally give that offer despite them not hearing about it. They overcharged one item and forgot to even give me one of the things I bought in my bag! They made it right upon return but the dis-organization was a huge turnoff. These stores are overpriced to begin with. When you go, use coupons! read more

Great little location for Halloween costumes a bit pricey but it's to be expected since the this is a holiday only comes around once a year so I guess the store has to make their money some find a way that way they can come back again next year it's great that they always change places where they're located so it gives you a chance to go and shop at different locations around town read more

Store is neat lots of good things but staff is not good. They like to shame customers in front of other customers if you don't donate to the children's hospital when you check out. Very rude will not go back to that store when ready to purchase my kids costumes read more

I went here twice with my son to find our Halloween costumes. The first time he couldn't decide but we were able to try several costumes on to see what size he should have. We bought some decorations the first trip, When we checked out the cashier took my email address and I received a coupon for 20% off my next purchase. We went back a week later and my son finally decided which costume he wanted and we got 20% off when I showed her the email. Great deal, we were happy! read more

I love when I can get the entire family's costumes in one store! They also have the spot all decked out with an asylum in the back and creepy circus decor in the front. Loved to see the grown boys scream like girls when the fake spider attacks! And to add toy surprise they also accept digital coupons! read more
