He alone should get 5 stars. He made my kids day! The store does have an amazing selection and sizes. Pricing isn't bad. I would say very comparable with what's online. Not to mention they will let you take costumes out of packaging to try on to make sure it fits. This is a must with a kiddo like mine who is 6 years old, but wears a 7-10 in some things. The dressing rooms are very tiny, cramped and dirty (FYI) Either owner or employee has a small dog NOT on a leash. They said he has an issue with being touched around his face and will snap but doesn't bite! The dog came up to my SN kiddo. Given my boy has a service dog (and his LOVE for animals), the dog presented himself as loving, so my boy said, "who is a good dog?" The dog proceeds to take the submissive roll over scratch my belly flop. My boy goes to rub his belly and the dog snaps at my boys hand. He got freaked out. They claim he doesn't bite, but he did. He got my boys thumb. Nothing serious at all, just a nick by his upper nail bed, but nevertheless he shouldn't be out if there is a chance he can snap. My boy never did anything to scare him. So I was pretty upset. It bothered him the rest of the day, and given my boys weak immune system a dog bite could be horribly dangerous! The dog should not be roaming store especially if young kids are in the store! Period!
