I was extremely happy with my experience. I have purchased fuel from them before but never needed any mechanical work.....until now! My truck battery died while I was staying in Sierra City. Called the Chevron station and Josh answered. He was positive and kind. He said that he had my battery in stock and asked if I could be up there before 3:30. I got a jump and drove straight to Graeagle, about a 30 minute drive. Josh checked both batteries and I decided to replace them both. About 25 minutes later they were installed. Josh explained the Interstate warranty to me. He was positive, upbeat and we had a nice conversation. The main mechanic was in and out and he was a helluva nice guy. I used the restroom and it was clean. The pumps have always been clean when I've used them. This is an exceptional business and that small community has a winner there.

My reply was, "I walked in here as a potential customer, but I found out you no longer carry what I wanted to buy." The lady I was having this conversation with answered me with, "Cleaning supplies cost money, baby. The bathrooms are for customers only." That reply was inappropriate and unexpected. Good thing I had another 10-12 minutes more driving time. I am thankful it wasn't a child or someone who may have been in dire need of using the bathroom, the closest rest area is about 20 minutes away. I was perplexed at the attitude of the owners, knowing that I was a potential customer, I was non-threatening, and I was polite. I walked out like I walked in, but I will never stop there again.
