Their Google listing shows they open at 7:45am, so I arrived around 8:30am on a Tuesday expecting to get a wash. There were some cones out, but nothing indicating they were closed. I cautiously pulled forward, bumping one of the cones, and the owner came out. Instead of politely explaining the situation, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. I tried asking if they were open, but he never gave me a straight answer, just shook his head and told me to back my car out. When I tried again to ask about their hours, he completely ignored me, rolled his eyes, and continued talking loudly on speaker phone in another language. I wasn't even upset about the cone -- accidents happen -- what upset me was being treated with such poor customer service, especially by the owner himself. This is not how a business in Ripon should operate. They advertise hours they don't honor, and they treat paying members with zero respect. Do not waste your money on a membership here. Terrible service, rude management, and unreliable hours.

The wish itself if pretty good, but the drying is not as good as several of the other wishes. The vacuums work good. The only bummer is that the sun screens over the vacuums are not very big so you are in the sub for most of that time. It's not that big of a deal, but on 100+ days it is super hot (nothing Reefs can do about that). My other wash in Manteca (which got bought by the duck) has great vacuums, compressed air and shade for comparison. Overall they are the best in Ripon.

When I requested to see the full footage, my request was denied. I also felt that I was treated disrespectfully during the interaction. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communication afterward. This is now my second email to the business, and I also called them yesterday to follow up, but I have received no response or assistance regarding the damage to my vehicle. I understand that accidents can happen. What truly matters is how a business responds when a customer raises a legitimate concern. Unfortunately, my experience has been met with a lack of transparency, poor customer service, and no effort to resolve the issue. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can make informed decisions and know what to expect if they encounter a problem. But when I called Just A Splash Detailing, their prices were really reasonable and so I scheduled an appointment for them to come over and get my car done. Surprisingly they had an available time for me the next day. When he showed up, he took his time and made sure to get every part of the car cleaned. There were soda stains from years of neglect that was on the center console and the carpet which I knew was going to take some time to remove. Okay so this is my first experience with a professional car detailer, and I'm sure it wont be my…read morelast. When I picked up my car I felt like I was driving it brand new off of the lot. The reason I was looking to get a detail in the first place is that someone threw up in my car earlier this week. I did my best to clean it on my own but it was not enough, and this was the place who could get me in the soonest. Not only does my car NOT smell like vomit anymore, it in fact smells like nothing at all. It's that kind of clean. Ready to smell however I want with my own air fresheners. I love that. What really drove me to write this review though was the perfect evidence of a thorough job. There is a small opening in my center console where there should be a cover but it has went missing somewhere along the way. Anyways, when I first bought this car a year ago I dropped a cashew down into it and could never get it out. I would have never thought to check and see if it was still there, but while I was admiring this excellent work I noticed it was GONE. I have no idea how this man removed said cashew but I am going to chalk it up to magic. On top of it all, I crammed my bicycle into my car for alternate transportation during this service, and without me asking he helped me get it out and then back into my car. Really just quality human kindness there. I can not remember his name for some reason but it looks like it might be a one man gig, you'll know it was me if you read this. Thanks again!!!
