I immediately saw it happened and got out and the kid pretended he didn't know as I saw him in the mirror look at the ground. I asked them "what do you do in these instances?, I'm sure this happens all of the time." They had no idea, and then another kid finally came out and took down some information. I never received a call from the manager as he stated I would. I went in person Tuesday morning, and the manager looked at it and said to go get a quote at Audi. tried to save me the trip and went to Oreillys and bought a wiper to put on. He noticed that night, that the metal piece holding the rear windshield wiper was broken too. I called Audi and scheduled an appointment for a quote. On Thursday, I got a quote and brought it over in person to the Bear Rd carwash. A young kid met me and said he would put it on the managers desk and interrupted me the whole entire time, as I was trying to tell my side of the story to the technician who worked in the corporate office that was there fixing a machine. The kid told him my windshield wiper just popped off. No, the young kid Matt, took the snow brush to my back windshield and mutilated it. I was told I would receive a call, and no one called. My car has been in the shop for 2 days waiting on the go to fix it. We have been running around all week to get this situation fixed. I have been calling Bear Rd carwash and corporate leaving voicemails all week. They never call you back. You have to work around the managers schedule for them to even be there, and corporate does not work a normal M-F, so you never know when they work. They are refusing to send us the footage and are stating that the ice broke the windshield wiper due to not being able to see it at a 45 degree angle as he took the heavy snow brush to it causing it to break instantly. The manger wanted me to waste more time in my busy schedule as I work for a living to come in and review the footage and to explain why their not going to cover it and waste more of my time. The manger said the kid apparently couldn't see the black windshield wiper on "ice" which was some white snow as I cleared it off before I got there, but the manger could clearly see it on the video that it was at a 45 degree angle, but again the kid did not see it. They are absolutely reckless with brush and do not pay attention to what their doing. Their always on their phones, and caring about anything else than their jobs at hand. They're are completely incompetent, and immature about anything you ask them. Please avoid at all cost. Out 300$ buying new part by trying to wash our car. Rather have a dirty car then to come out with a busted up one.

I get the 4 deluxe wash card for $20, and I always feel I'm getting a great wash and hand dry for that price. The wash itself seems to be updated some over the years with new rollers and all is kept well maintained. Full disclosure, my vehicle is just a vehicle to me. I'm not too choosy about the exterior care. I don't hit the wash until I really need to. I've never had any streaks, or dirt left on and they do a good job with the windows. I'm mainly here to wash off the salt , or mud. The staff are quick and courteous and friendly. They are the reason I go back, I see the same faces every time and they're great. One minor consideration is the exit to Genesse St. can be a bit frustrating certain times of day. PS. I wrote this in the line for a wash :)

The last 3 times I visited this car wash, I have had nothing but problems. Whether it's the car wash taking money and not providing a wash. Whether it's the car wash having no product (soap, polish, etc...) remaining and only spraying water. The best part about it is there is no way to contact anyone for help or to attempt to get a refund as all the phone numbers are out of service. Save your money and time and don't go.

Since it's impossible to find Brandon's ice dam removal company on Google, I'll forewarn those…read morelooking to use his other company for detailing. Cross your fingers he or any of the individuals working for him don't do damage to your vehicle while under their care, because you'll likely be on your own for repairs. After over charging my husband and I for ice dam removal due to "supply and demand", the removal caused significant damage to our permanent gazebo, hot tub cover, sliding glass door and siding. The damage was due to the employees tossing ice blocks off the roof with no care or concern with where they were throwing it. Countless large blocks of ice were thrown from the roof landing on our gazebo, causing it to collapse into the sliding glass door and side of the house. Total cost of damages is (at minimum) $5000. After swearing at my husband on the phone during one conversation, later telling him it wasn't his fault and shouldn't be responsible, he offered us no more than $1500 and then hung up on him. The carelessness, immaturity and lack of professionalism is astounding. It's truly a shame that the company we originally called subbed the job out to Brandon and this is what we were left with. Though I can't speak to his car detailing, I would use caution when dealing with Brandon and any of his business as this is how he takes care of customers when a problem arises.
