The back was ripped off and the frame of the mirror is bent beyond repair. The only way to fix it is to replace the whole thing. I filed an incident report. It took me 2 weeks and 3 return visits to get any information about the incident - which they ultimately denied having any responsibility. Can you please explain to me how my mirror broke then?? I asked if they had cameras inside the car wash but, they were not very forthcoming with that information. This is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to get replaced but, of course, there is no way to get recourse for this incident as it would cost me more time and energy than it's worth. Terrible all the way around. Terrible response time. Terrible customer service and ... terrible resolution.

Either Cleveland location is good. The only issue I've ever had with Surfs Up is the area around the badges on my car and the wheels. When the cleaners go over the badges they miss some of the area just around the badge. The same with the wheels. Depending on the wheel, there are some areas that the wheel cleaner just can't get. Just be prepared to either live with it or to do a little detail work after the fact. Other than the two issues above, I think the value for the lower to mid level wash is great. The top tier wash is a little expensive but I can't complain. Stop in and give them a try.

Employees have been polite and friendly and wait times haven't been too bad. The interior and exterior took about 30 minutes. They have a nice inside wait area and rocking chairs if you want to wait outside. My only complaints are it's a little difficult to get into the place because of the way it's situated and the fact that you're not really sure what to do when you pull in there (not very good signage). They always seem to be busy, though, when I am there. This also seems about the only (working) place to get a car wash in the area- everywhere else I've been to is either do-it-yourself or broken. :(
