Waited over an hour for my car after being told the service would take 30 minutes. Then, when I got my car back, the interior had bare minimum cleaning even though I paid for the highest package. Terrible results. Got their $34.95 package to clean my car. They only vacuumed the inside. Not any armor all on the interior. Dash still dusty. Had to go home and armor all the interior myself. The guy and the end only dried the exterior with a rag and said done. Will not be back. read more

They don't know the difference in an SUV and compact car. I was charged for extra service because they said my car is SUV. It is a 4 door Ford Ecosport (compact car). Prior services were with attention detail. TODAY, 4/10/2024 the car detailer after the wash had a lit cigarette hanging out of his mouth detailing the car?? Unacceptable. Smoke on your own time please. When calling Walter's multiple times, ringing multiple times, no one answered. Was calling simply after providing a generous tip of $20.00 to a $40.00 wash no one bothered answering the phone after multiple attempts to express concerns. I will not return and will advise others to simply go elsewhere if there is zero integrity of workers detailing vehicles. If owners/management is going to allow workers to smoke while detailing vehicles this is on the owners not managing workers. Maybe the $20.00 tip can purchase the next pack of cigarettes. I received cash back for a tip and only had $20.00 expecting job well done! Interior was shotty work along with smoking while detailing. If I had one quarter that would have been the tip. read more

Just left Walter's for probably the 100th time. Another great job. Once in a while it may not be perfect but everything isn't perfect ever in life. I hadn't picked up that Walter retired and Jordan bought it from him. He's a good friendly man also with a good head for business. Walter always made sure everything was right and Jordan at least as much or more so. I really liked him and we had a great conversation while the young lady cleaned on my car and I believe she did the best full cleanup any of them have ever done. I was amazed when I got in so thank you to her also! Good people at a hometown business deserving of all of our support. read more

My husband brought his car to Walters last week for an oil change and wash and decided to wait a few days for the wash due to the weather. He took his car in yesterday and forgot to take his pocket knife and multi tool out of his glove compartment so when he got the car back that was the fist thing he checked and sure enough they were gone. He immediately went inside to tell them it had been stolen and they said they would check the cameras to see what happened. We received a call this morning that there was no evidence that anyone had gotten into his glovebox so there was nothing they can do. Beware of leaving your car with them, they don't take responsibility for their employees and allow them to steal. read more

Recently took my car through a car wash and even payed for deluxe and after it didn't get any bugs off it I decided to come here. 10/10 will be back! An auto wash followed by a human wipe down. They do good work but sometimes slow. If your in a hurry try another day.

This place was awful, and the owner is extremely rude and lacks personal space boundaries. They broke my car mirror and we had to go to small claims court over it. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Took my Ford F-150 for oil change and was totally ticked off that it cost me 65.99 when I could have went to Ford Dealership and had it for half this price. Walter is as good as it gets. I find the oil change and full service wash a good value and it's an hour of entertainment too. I enjoy watching Walter ride herd on his guys every time I good there (usually in a Saturday morning). They do a great job on cleaning your vehicle, inside and out! read more
