Always cheap and good vacums and stuff for detailing i just wish there would be more fresh towels but other then that i love the place

Never going back! The very last frame of the equipment caught by passenger mirror on my 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn and damaged it. The back was ripped off and the frame of the mirror is bent beyond repair. The only way to fix it is to replace the whole thing. I filed an incident report. It took me 2 weeks and 3 return visits to get any information about the incident - which they ultimately denied having any responsibility. Can you please explain to me how my mirror broke then?? I asked if they had cameras inside the car wash but, they were not very forthcoming with that information. This is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to get replaced but, of course, there is no way to get recourse for this incident as it would cost me more time and energy than it's worth. Terrible all the way around. Terrible response time. Terrible customer service and ... terrible resolution. read more

Double charged and the employees at the location say they can't do anything about and to contact customer care. Every contact to customer care gets no return. read more

We arrived three minutes before closing time, and they only accepted cards, and I only had cash. The friendly young man told us it would be free. Excellent service and customer service. I highly recommend it! read more

I used the car was in Marietta, Ga. on Johnson Ferry Rd with no problems except that after a single wash their system signed me up for monthly ongoing club membership and started billing on credit card monthly. After no responses to repeated online and phone calls I visited the location and hand delivered my information and request to stop billing. Several weeks later I received a email advising the membership was cancelled. A month later I was billed $40 again and have entered a dispute with Mastercard. What a nightmare trying to cancel an account I never signed up for in the first place. read more

Terrible service. They have someone taking paymenst and trying to sell upgrades which causes a backup to get the wash. No towels at all. I used to be a member but service is so bad I won't go back. read more

Visited the location on Guthrie Dr in Cleveland today with our Tucson. We had quite a bit of mud on our floormats from a recent rafting trip. I had layed them out to take home and clean the mud after cleaning the vehicle. While I was vacuuming, Jason came by emptying garbage and saw the mats. He offered to take them inside to clean the mud off for me. When he returned they were clean as new. Thanks Jason, you saved me the extra work. read more

Best car wash in Cleveland. Lots of options including longer term passes. I got my first deal on Groupon for them. Once you arrive they have a pull over lane that you can self serve your car using window brush on the hard to get places then you pull in and pay at a kiosk. Then it's through the wash and on to the vacuum area that is included with all washes. read more

Poor service. Inefficient equipment. Incompetent management. I'm in Cleveland seasonally. A while back, I drove into Surf's UP, the first time I'd been there in a while. They had removed the brushes for washing the bugs from the front of your car. (That had been the only way to get the bugs removed because the machinery inside wouldn't do the job) I took my car through the wash tunnel the first time and came around to the vacuum. The front end was still covered with bugs. The wheels were dirty. Really dirty. I was surprised the equipment did such a poor job. I drove my car back to the entry kiosk. The sign said blow horn for service. I tooted the horn. No one showed. I blew the horn again. Still no one showed. I set down on the horn for a few seconds and the manager came out. I told him the car was still dirty after going through the wash. Without a word he opened the barrier and let me go in again. The boy at the entrance swiped the wand of cleanser spray over the front of my car for a second half-a**ed, lazy, inattentive swipe at the bugs. Back to the vacuum area, I had to hand spray the bugs and rub them off by hand using a thin towel. I had to manually wash the rims by hand using the spray bottle. As I washed the wheels and front end, the manager came out and engaged the man parked next to me in a conversation about his nice 1960's muscle car. The manager never spoke to me or even looked my way as I worked on my wheels and front end. This company needs new management badly. read more

It was hard to get intouch with anyone working there to get information about what they offer. So I just went down there and still I couldn't find anyone to talk to. The way the entrance is set up you go directly to a kiosk where you still can not speak to anyone. Once you are at the kiosk your only option is to pay for a package. Ioomed on the website and on the signs where neither really give you any description of what exactly you get in the package. I had no idea what I was actually paying for but at the time I was stuck because of the cars behind me. I really didn't get what I was actually looking for. When you finally do see a really person you are at the point of no return and still can't talk to them. After going through the complete car wash I was still confused on what I had actually paid for and was so confused I just left at this point I am still unsure on whether I was able to use the vacuum. not a bad wash at all, but in attempting to upgrade my membership i found out that once you join any membership, you cannot cancel it, all phone numbers locally and nationally are bogus, there is nowhere whatsoever on any sites to cancel make sure you want this membership for life , i am having to go cancel my bank accounts and change all of my auto payments due to these guys read more

First time I have been here and was not sure it was a good idea but wash was very good for $8.00. I like the concept, most of these drive-trues are not worth using but not Surf's Up theirs is far superior. Free vacuum and blowers after wash. This place is awesome! I have a speed pass for each of my cars. Since I opted for the $12 wash pass my second car is $10 cheaper every month. Our cars look great every time I take the cars through. The tires are sprayed and shiny!! I don't always use the vacuums but they are always available and have a good amount of power. Surfs Up also has complimentary paper towels, glass cleaner, and car scents. My windows always stay clean. I normally stay away from the scents because the soaps and rinse from the wash smell great. I do have two suggestions: 1. I would like to have some more pre-cleaning done on my wheels, especially when it's been awhile since a wash. 2. I have a moonroof visor. The pre-cleaning guys have only cleaned under the visor one time. I've been through the wash dozens of times. Other then that I'm at Surfs Up at least once per week with each car. My wife loves having a clean car and it's been even better since pollen season started. read more

Was some confusion when I renewed membership, was assured it was fixed - it was not. Have been waiting on response from them for a week now, would NOT recommend. Likely going have to dispute fraudulent charges because they can't be bothered to get it right. read more

Quick clean fun, lol. Our car Nova was very satisfied with her mani pedi, and looks forward to her next trip :-). It's a different sort of car wash experience, the choice of wash type and payment are done at an automated kiosk. You then drive through the wash and come out to the other side where you can choose to clean your interior if you'd like. Here you are provided with a vacuum, microfiber towels, and a couple of different types of spray bottles including glass cleaner. If you need anything more they have a vending machine with armor-all and other such items. read more

Went for a car wash and ended up with the entire back half of my car still covered in soap. Went inside to say something and no one was in the office. The two soap monkeys just stared at me through the glass with vacant expressions. So much for good service. If you're not willing to do as much as you would in your driveway, it's not worth the cost. read more

A fast paced push you through car RINSE! Attendants are not attentive. They are more focused on their personal conversations. Had to run vehicle through twice and windshield has dirty streaks. Offered me a cleaning cloth to clean it with. Last Time Here!!!!! read more
