I went here on November 29, 2025 to get my white vehicle cleaned at this particular location when I proceeded to dry my vehicle with my own hand towel. I noticed that there was a lot of dirt still on my vehicle on my windows and dry spots that was not even washed by the car wash. I paid $18 for this wash and it's supposed to be tires shine included so I was very dissatisfied with the services so I went back through the drive-throughoutand requested for re-wash I spoken with the assistant manager and he had the worst unprofessional attitude telling me that I need to pay an additional $18 in order for me to get a rewatch which is not fair because I just gone through the drive-through and I was requesting for rewash because the car was not washed completely correctly and I told him that I will not pay another additional $18 because that's not fair to me I paid originally paid the first $18 which means if the car is not washed properly, I should get a free rewash with no hesitation because that's what good customer service should be instead he refused to give me that unless I paid additional $18 so I requested for his manager and he proceeded to tell me that his manager is on break for an 1 hour. I said well I'm very patient so I will wait for him. You can let him know that I'm awaiting him as a customer because I'm not satisfied with having my vehicle wash I need my vehicle washed fairly so instead of waiting an hour or the manager come out disrespectfully and unprofessional attitude saying to me you're gonna have to pay $18 demand and if you want a car wash again and I said to him, why do I need to pay another $18 for a car wash that I already paid originally for that was done not properly I would like to request for half washed car and I should not have to pay for that which is fair so he copped an attitude and he told me leave this location and get out! If you want a rewash you got to pay $18 and I said well I'm not gonna pay $18 and I'll requesting rewash which is something that I should be able to get that's called good customer service this is not my first time at this location I have brought my second vehicle there several times to be cleaned by them and I never had this issue before. I brought my White vehicle there and now I'm having all of these issues. The unprofessional manager and assistant manager. telling me what they're not going to do a rewash unless I give them $18 additional so I told him I'm not gonna do that. He said get out I'm kicking you out. You're kicking me out of the car wash after I paid for sloppy services! I'm requesting problem to be corrected by manager instead he demanded me to leave the premises because you don't wanna honor my concerns as a customer which is very unprofessional that is not how you handle customers that is not how you treat customers and when a customer, it brings to an managers attention. Something that was done incorrectly. Instead, he decided to demand for me to leave the premises, which is very unprofessional nevertheless, I explained to them that this is not my first time here this is my third time here and I told them that I brought my other vehicle they're prior beforehand and I'm didn't have a problem then so all of a sudden I bring my other vehicle that's Write and I have these issues and I'll bring it to the attention instead of you just taking care of me as a customers they decided to give me a whole attitude telling me that they're not gonna honor nothing you have to give me give me 18 additional dollars for something that I shouldn't have to pay for again with that said I really hoping that the CEO of this this car wash location read this message and consider retraining his manager, and assistant manager, and how they need to be truly problem, solver and be able to take care of customers so that they can manage to retain customers on longevity versus short-term and because of this bad experience that I had, I will not give them any type of business ever again because of the experience of them not to honor in my request with that said I am bringing this to the attention to all the reviewers, and I will highly recommend for them not to go to this location to get your car wash because you're gonna be very disappointed in the services that you will receive because if they don't honor and provide bad experience that they will give you and I how do you recommend for you to take your vehicle to another location?Lastly, I highly recommend for the CEO to either relieve this manager and assistant manager of their duties and put someone in place that truly have a heart, compassion and it's about problem-solving and resolving concerns of customers in a professional manner. Stopped in here quick for first time to use the vacuums, Charli kindly informed me that you have to be a member or buy a car wash to use the vacuums. I explained I would love to put my vehicle through the car wash but something was wrong with it mechanically so I couldn't right then and explained why I was stopping to vacuum it quick. He was super understanding, said he was the manager there, would let me use the vacuum and even told me I could use the rug room too. The Splash Car Wash by the movie theater- really liked it and it's close to the house, but... went in one morning and came out with a small dent on the hood of my truck that wasn't there before I went in. Pointed it out and spoke to manager. Waited almost two weeks to speak to another manager from CT. He told me that it's from the high pressure blow dryer, and I probably had previous dents repaired that they came back from the force of the blower. Seems to me that's still their fault especially since I have no knowledge or history of any previous dent repairs at all! They refuse to take care of it, a small dent repair probably $50-100. Said it's the responsibility of whoever repaired the original dents which never happened and EVEN if it did why would they fix something twice? Pretty messed up imo- just a buyer beware, looks they don't want to take any responsibility while they are making cash hand over fist over there. I was signed up for the $41 a month membership and bringing two other vehicles there occasionally but I guess losing a customer who was willing to make the wash work, even if they did it without the blowers and I would have to hand wipe everytime- makes more sense than paying for damages caused by their equipment. I take excellent care of my truck. With high hopes, I was one of the first vehicles through Splash car wash. As I am driving away , I notice a large number of scratches on my hood that were not there prior to going to Splash. I went to an auto store to see if they had a product to remove the scratches, I told the store clerk what happened and he said "you are not the first to say that". I went back to Splash and showed them what happened. He said "no way that happened here". That was the end of that from the manager of Splash. I said I would review on Yelp and here it is. I would be very suspect of taking a car I love through their car wash . I will never take my vehicle there ever again. read more

Excellent technology provides a touchless wash that got my car cleaner than any other conveyor belt car wash ever has in the past. Pricing was approximately 10-15% cheaper than similar car washes in the area ($21 for the works). Free vacuums were nice but the cherry on top was the free automatic mat cleaning machines. What a bonus, I'm happy I tried them after one of the wash attendants recommended I try. And that brings me to the service, very friendly. I was greeted by a woman named Michelle at the entrance. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. This place is excellent: service, staff, and value. I hesitated to leave this review because I want to keep it a secret it's so good. I hope they are able to keep up the good work and maintain the machines as their customer base grows. read more
