Very disappointed in ScrubaDub. I take my car to the Quincy location almost weekly. After an interior clean I noticed several hours later my screen was scratched when the sun hit it. I sent an email to ScrubaDub and heard back a few days later. I was told by William it did not feel like a scratch? What does a scratch feel like? I told him I was getting the car detailed the following day and would see if detailer could get it out. It didn't. I was told the screens scratch very easily. I left a message for the general manager. Melanie/GM just called to say she watched the video and they didn't scratch it as the wiped it side to side so it wouldn't be all over. I asked what if there was a few small stones or something in the rag toward the top of the rag. She said not possible. I was told corporate won't pay for it because of the way the workers wiped it. Why would I lie? They lost a long time customer and I'll be sure to tell my friends/coworkers. read more

The drive thru is fairly short i wish the conveyor would be set to give your car a bit more time between each station so that it could get your car cleaner. Overall though it does the job for pollen and the newly minted bird ish! Clean new and quick. If you have monthly membership, just drive up with that barcode and it'll scan. First time getting a wash here and opted for the Ultra Wash and Interior Plus. What a waste of money! First, I don't think that my car received any of the extra exterior services (my car came out looking streaky and the tires certainly didn't look like they were shined. The interior was rushed and half done. I get that the cars are on a conveyor belt so they are time constrained, but the carpets weren't clean, my door, center console, and seats weren't wiped down, AND the insert in my door handle was missing. I went back to retrieve the door handle insert and they gave me the wrong one. I paid $40 for the interior! I ended up going to Target and getting some cleaning spray to properly wipe down the interior, and I ordered a replacement insert from Mazda. Opt for the basic packages or just save your money and don't go here. read more

Don't go through when there's a line, especially if there's a larger truck or SUV in front of you. Went through today and the conveyor belt paused for a bit for an unknown reason (not sure if has to do with the different wash packages selected). When it's busy, there's a chance your car may get pushed into the back of the car in front of you on the conveyor belt. My car got pushed into the bumper of a truck in front of me (check the photo to see how close). Didn't look like there was any damage, but my bumper was knocked out of place, so I had to snap it back in. Its fine when there's no line as its a pretty quick wash. I would just hesitate if it looks busy, or at least wait longer before moving onto the conveyor belt, even if the person working signals you to roll on. read more

I was going to let this go but feel as if it needs to be shared. I went to get my interior clean, with my infant, so unfortunately I was distracted. I took cash out of my car from a waitressing book I had in my card. I took $20 out to pay plus a little extra for tip. I had more money in there and I meant to take it with me but like I said I got distracted. I left and the first thing I did was get gas and went to grab the cash and it was gone. I tried to think of everything I could before I blamed it on the workers at scrub-a-dub because that's just an unfortunate thing to do. But it was in fact the last place I had a the cash. I had a very pleasant experience here last week. Every single staff member was courteous with a smile on their face. I opted for both an outside wash and an inside cleaning. I have two dogs who shed terribly and vacuuming all of the dog hair is an unnerving, time consuming process. After they were done, my car looked absolutely beautiful inside and out. I live in Weymouth but it is worth the drive to come here for thorough car cleanings. They did an amazing job and I'll definitely be back soon. read more

Location that I would normally use was closed for repairs or renovations. You can pay by either cash or credit & prices are OK for a cash wash only and the two lines do move along. What I wish the location did not have were brushes, but as The Rolling Stones sang: You Can't Always Get What You Want, You Get What You Need. With the car covered in pollen it needed a wash. I was very pleased with the job they did and the service I received at the Quincy site regarding both the exterior and interior of the car. While there was a slight issue with the interior cleaning, initially, it was easily resolved by Melanie, the Asst. Manager, who is terrific. The crew doing the interior were very friendly and attentive to a couple of areas that needed specific attention. Good customer service is very important in my book! My only wish is that they offered a wash book for interiors, solely; and/or in combination with the express or super choice washes (as opposed to unlimited monthly deals). I came to this car wash again and today for perhaps the last time. This time my left mirror was bent outwards. Thank goodness it wasn't damaged as I was able to bend it back. I chose the Ultra Wash option with the intention to wash my car one time. However, my card information was mistakenly signed up for a monthly subscription that I did not want when I discovered that I was charged the next month. I immediately called the location and emailed ScrubaDub about the issue, and was delightfully pleased that I received a resolution rather quickly. Although I sent the email on Friday and expected a reply on Monday, I was impressed that I received a call from Jen on Saturday, who was apologetic for the trouble and helped reversed the charges. I would give negative star if I can, please stay away from this store!! if you did not want you car being hit twice on the same conveyor belt. I brought my almost new car to wash, and my car was first hit by the front, I was shocked, and the belt was not stopped!!! No employee on site stop the belt and then my car was hit again on the rear end. It has been over a week and none of the managers have take care of this issue, I filled out an incident report as the corporate office asked, but still no response. Employees there are neglect of duties and not monitor for safety. I would file a lawsuit if I still cannot get a resolution from the company. read more

I got an "express" car wash here on 3/02/22. It was the best $10 I've spent lately. I had no idea my car was so dirty. The two employees I encountered were both friendly and seemed happy to be there.
