We lost our Laundromat in a fire Fiesta Laundry So my daughter went searching for a decent Laundry. This facility isn't perfect but its a mom and pop owner. Some of the machines are down but its still has good washers. The place is fairly clean. The worker who works weekends is there from open till around 11 and doesn't return till around 6:30 or 7pm. Not sure if he's full time but spend most his time in the back and cleans minorly I don't mind coming here its nice read more

Owner is super rude. Used to come all the time to this laundromat. Now, I do NOT recommend this establishment, go somewhere where they treat you with respect. Yelling at a long time customer for something they're being told about for the FIRST time? Yeah, get off your high horse. The Laundromat itself needs work AND SO DOES THE OWNER. Apparently the workers are not allowed to take complaints from customers or call the owner. How are going to improve your business. Went there at 10 because online it says they close 11, lady opens the door and yells it's closed and straight shuts the door and locks it. Didn't hear her good so I tried asking what she said but she ignored me. It is what it is I guess but no need to be rude. Amenities are up to par. Unfortunately the electrical wall outlets are pretty much ALL damaged and need to be replaced or repaired. It is a plus to offer customers the ability to charge a cellphone, unfortunately they are all ruined. Could be part of the reason the Owner is such a disrespectful, unprofessional, douchebag to customers immediately without any justification. After 30 minutes Owner called employee and was using "Fighting Words", on speaker phone to tell me to leave. First thing out of His mouth. I was sidetracked looking for an apartment in the classifieds ads paper I got from their establishment. I choose not to give them my business. Lady employee onsite (Spouse I assume) was outstanding through it all. Maybe he is used to picking on women. Incase you didn't get my number I left for you sir. To use a 4 load washer and get a extra rinse and spin it costs $5.50. I thought that is a little expensive. But the worst was drying my clothes. I used a large washer and it wasn't even very full. After paying $2.50 + .50 which gave me 30 + 10 = 40 minutes my clothes were still damp. I spoke to the attendant and complained. He asked what temperature did I have the dryer on? Laundry Mat is very clean, Staff is friendly,Owner is there daily great costumer service from him as well. Owner has in many ocasiones set the TV for my children to watch Netflix and some snacks. Washers and dryer's are New as of this year ! Another sweet convince is they recently added Apple Pay to every washer and Dryer, No more having to go the bank after forgetting to pull cash! Splash should be called Trash. The facility is dated, dirty, and always crowded. Parking is limited and they're much more expensive than other locations in the area. Coin Op Laundry is only 5 minutes from Trash, I mean Splash and is much bigger, nicer, cleaner & cheaper. Additionally, Coin Op offers a fluff & fold service, coffee, and snacks. If you live in the area and need a nice place to wash and dry your clothes I'd highly recommend driving down the street to Coin Op Laundry. read more

A lot of machines to use and it cleaner since they updated them. Only down side is your card won't work on their reader for some reason.

Very clean the owner is a very nice man, always gives chips to the kids. The place has been remodeled and has all new machine. 8 load washers and dryers also 5 load dryer, also 1/2/4 washers. Touch screen with multiple language on all machines. The attendant there has soaps, bleach, dryer sheets, laundry bags, and more for sell. Good prices for the area and good accommodations. Parking lot needs work but it is a shared lots so parking it is okay. they do need a better, more permanent ramp that goes from the parking lot to the entrance but im sure that's going coming. The new owner has put in a lot of work over months and it is a great place, he's fixes so much, from floor to ceiling. Even though i only had the pleasure of meeting him once and i am proud of him, and of all the hard work he has done in this laundry mat that helps the community. read more

This lady right here will harass you as soon as you step foot in the laundromat! Out of everyone in the laundromat she approached me as I went to go get change for my clothes and rudely told me are you washing here and I told her yes and she says the quarters are for only here but I just kept going to to change box .. Then she stayed behind me watching wat I was doing then she will follow you outside to just stare at you .. mind you I have my kids in the car . She started freaking out my daughter cause she kept staring and she was watching me while I was changing my sons diaper .. that ticked me off so I went inside and I told her you know what you make costumers feel uncomfortable I'm not washing here no more .. she chased me outside and as I was leaving she flipped me off in front of my kids .. I went back in and confronted her asked for her manager and she didn't want to give me the number .. my husband then went and confronted her moments later where she said I didn't have clothes . And I started it ... don't come here especially in the night or with her ... she's very rude . Aggressive.. don't care if you have kids. No customer service skills what so ever. Unfortunately, the owner failed to address the rudeness and tone of his worker. I am an government worker and when you come in contact with the public at anytime, the first impression will always be the last one. Maybe you need to provide Lewis more customer service training on handling questions from the public. If your business were so great in that area, you would have more than a 3 star rating on yelp. They are really adamant about their 9:00 P.M. last wash call time. I came at 9:08 and brought my two big bag full of laundry and my detergent. When I was going to get change for the machines, they told me that they're closed. I checked the time and it was barely 9:11 when they close at 11! Two hours is plenty of time to do two small loads of laundry. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER COME BACK. I yelped to find another place nearby and luckily I did, because Super Wash n Dry in Downey closes at Midnight! read more

Simple laundromat near my house. Pretty standard fair. Several sizes to washing machines from single load to eight load washers (for those blankets your abuella gives you, the one woth the tiger print), Walls and walls of driers, a common restroom, small arcade with vending machines, and finally some benches and tables to relax at while you wait. I dont know about you, but this yelper actually enjoys washing laundry. Perhaps it's smell of the detergent or the warmth of freshly dried clothes, but it feels very... theraputic. 5 stars! read more

If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place is very unprofessional. Their staff are assholes and just plain out rude. I showed up at 9:10 with washed clothes just going to use the dryers for 40 min max & was turned down as soon as I walked in. "We're closed" in the rudest way, literally 1 hour & 50 min BEFORE the posted closing time. Also, doors were wide open and there were still so many people in there. If you go here don't take your eyes off your clothes, they will still them, I went here to wash some nice rugs for my kitchen and bathroom that I could not wash in my washer and dryer at home, the only person there was the lady that owned the place, she was cleaning the place so I thought it would be OK to go next door and get a snake, I was only gone 10 minutes, when I came back I went to get the the rugs out of the washer and put them in the dryer, when I started unloading the washer two of the best rugs were missing, the owner was still the only one there, I ask her if any body else had come in she said no, I ask her if she saw them on the floor, she said no but then she quickly went in the back and stopped talking to me, if you feel you have to go there, watch out for the owner she is a liar and a theif, thank you. read more

Ample parking, machines aren't as expensive as other laundromats in the area, it's fairly clean in here, vending machines actually work, they have air conditioning and internet as well. I'll be making this my new laundromat. On a side note the Mexican restaurant next door is perfect while I wait for my clothes to dry! read more

The dryers do not work properly... I had to put in over $2 each machine to get them to dry when other places it takes less than a dollar. Also it never fully dried my blankets but instead it fried them and the material is ruined. But somehow still damp!??? Also the lady working there used the key to open the restroom while I was using it !!! She didn't even knock! That's just wrong. read more

I pulled up to this wash house at 8:55pm. The attendant already had the door lock. Grant it, the sign read last wash at 9:00pm, she wouldn't let me in. She, being a blondish-red, long hair Hispanic lady with reddish-brown drawn on eyebrows. I proceeded to tell her I just need to wash a really small load, & I won't bring in all my clothes. The &!tch was rude and not in the holiday spirit. I've been coming here for 4 years, & never have been turned away. Additionally, they close at 11:00pm per the sign in their building. I will be coming back to talk to the manager. I want a damn apology, & I want to make sure her paycheck for 11/27 don't reflect her being here til 11pm. read more

I have been going here for years and they suddenly cut the time frame on the $2.00,$3.00,$4.00 and $5.00 machines. The whole washing process is about 5 minutes .I got very angry and how they are stealing peoples $$$.Please if you are reading this don't go, find another laundry location.Your clothes will not be washed properly and not getting your $$ worth.
