I love how clean this laundromat is kept clean at all times. Super convenient with plenty washer and dryers but not only that folding stations as well. It also has a little store where snacks, coffee, detergent and other supplies are sold. Washers and dryers both work with an app and as well coins. There is a machine that will break your bills and another that will change bills for coins. Definitely my favorite laundromat when in the area. read more

Owners and employees are very rude. when having a problem with a washer they blame you for the probem.

Never thought I'd be reviewing a laundromat lol. Very clean faculty, which is greatly appreciated when you're going there to clean clothes. No dust buildup throughout the place, the kids corner is actually Clean. There's always an attendant there to clean and facilitate with anything. This is actually why I decided to write the review. The attendant. I wish I got her name. She's so aware, attentive and courteous. She sees cars pull up and immediately walks over with a laundry cart for them to load up and roll into the place to make it easier. That's going above and beyond. She greets you and offers any assistance. Great customer service in a place where you'd lease expect it. read more

Been here twice to this laundromat. I must say this laundromat is perfect it has a lot of washers and dryers. There's an attendant onsite for any issues. They have a few tv's, a small play area for little kids, and tables and chairs to sit. This is my new go to laundromat. read more

The best laundry mat in Downey by far BECAUSE OF THE AMAZING STAFF! They are always available to lend a helping hand, answer questions and have never made me feel bad for needing assistance! My fiancé and I have moved to Downey and we're looking for a laundromat that was clean and affordable since our apartment complex always has issues with their washer/dryer machines and is severely overpriced. We found this gem that's less than 10 minutes away from the apartment complex. There is ample parking, no matter what time we've gone! There's a variety of machines to use (from 2 loads to 6 loads). We're able to get all our clothes, towels, blankets, & comforters washed and fully dried for less than what it would cost at the apartments. There's always music playing and props to whoever selected the playlists because it's just pure bops every time we've gone in! They take the usual quarters but they also have an app that you can download that uses ApplePay which is the cherry on top to this amazing facility. 1000000/10 would recommend! read more

I've never been to a nicer laundromat in my life!! This place is spotless. There are two attendants on duty who polish the stainless steel on every washer and dryer: top, bottom, sides, front, etc. It's so clean in here, the place sparkles. The machines are top of the line. I washed 4 large blankets at once (washer for 9 loads) for $13 and it only took 27 minutes. I used quarters because I didn't know they have an app "Dexter Pay", (which I'll use next time) --the attendant gave me a coin bag with "Casey's Laundry" stamped on it. Soooo nice!!! I put my 4 oversized blankets in 2 dryers (2 each) and paid $2 for 30 minutes each. Great quality ..powerful and new dryers. Also, the place has pleasant music and nice TVs mounted high and easy to see for everyone in the place. The bathrooms are clean. They even have a play area for kids, snacks and ice cream for sale, and two arcade video games to play. Also, there are tables to sit at and huge clean windows, so a lot of light comes in. This place is great and I will definitely come back. read more

This is the BEST Laundromat i have ever been. New Machines top of the line, so so so clean you can literally eat on the ground or floor, great personnel, tvs Music and snacks omg top of the line. Nice and clean! I'm always worried about animal hair being in the washer or dryer, people take dog beds and animal bedding to laundromats because they don't want to use their own at home! I've never had that problem here, the attendant is always washing or vacuuming them out! I also like that they have soap, softener, and dryer sheets! Not too expensive, and very convenient when you forget one! I will make this my new place even though I pass a lot of others along the way!! read more

Expensive machines that do not wash well. It barely throws any water to wash. My clothes and blankets were not washed properly. I ended up going to another laundromat to rewash! Definitely will not go back. I'll give it to them that the place is big and very clean. read more

I've been here 3 times since they opened. I was waiting to post comments to see if my first experience was a fluke... Happy to say it wasn't, very clean, efficient and professional. Staff is great. Not many laundermats have people on-site to addess any issues or concerns. All my clothes, blankets and towels came out clean and surprisingly strained of most of the water. Which allowed for faster drying. Didn't need more then the cycle gives. As long as you load what the machine states, you won't have an issue. As far as pricing, I don't think its bad. I used the 4 load machine which is priced $5.75. Divide that by 4, your paying $1.4 per per load/wash and getting it done in one shot. The atmosphere is great, lots of parking, vending area, kids area, tv's, free WIFI and music to pass the time. Not bad if you ask me. Best laundromat I've ever been to. Thumbs up to the Management for providing an awesome atmosphere!! Keep it up. Definitely found my go to laundromat. read more

My first thought was LA could NEVER!!! Well, maybe they can but, I haven't seen any of them! MY first time here and on a Saturday night around 7pm. EVERY machine was clean, inside and out... EVERYTHING way clean and organized(baskets) and properly functioning. The attendant on duty was very helpful also stating he spoke little English, I replied with I speak very little Spanish but we understood each other. I'm selective of restrooms I use in public so I was unsure of asking but I had to go. When he opened the door I was pleasantly surprised at how Immaculate it was, like being at home. I like that you have a option of using the app or coins. Prices are great and machines are a nice size. Washers are 3,4,6,& 9 load capacity and dryers are HUGE $2 for 30 minutes is not bad and ALL my clothes were dry on the first round. Think I'd rather go here, than use my laundry room in my building it's a nice vibe with great music, TV's and free Wi-Fi read more

Definitely didn't like this laundry mat. Most likely wouldn't be returning here again. I was looking forward because it's so close to home but the washer for 5.75 it's 25 mins the temp if you indicate hot it's coming out warm plus not enough water to wash. My first visit was a great experience! I took my comforters pillows, towels, and clothes to wash. Everything came out super clean. The place is spacious and not crowded at all. The gentleman that maintains the place is super nice and does a great job with keeping up with cleaning the facility and machines. I will definitely be back! read more

Will not be returning, I wish I could get a refund for all the money that I spent here. This place is so overpriced and I thought it might be worth it since the place has newer machines but my clothes didn't come out clean at all. I will have to pay again to rewash my clothes at another laundromat. Do not come here and waste your money. read more

We walked in it was pretty nice at the start , then we got to the part where we're supposed to wash and very over priced for 9 loads and payed 65 dollars, and the clothes didn't even come out clean. I am giving this location 3 stars. I would have gave 5 but this place is expensive. Very clean. Everything brand new. Young lady who works there is very nice. Washers work good if you don't over fill. But like I said expensive... $2.00 to dry for 25 minutes. Vending machine very expensive bottle of Dr. Pepper $2.50.
