Ive been coming to this laundry mat for years. I live less than 5 minutes away, it's very convenient for me. it's changed owners a few times all the owners have been very nice, friendly, welcoming and helpful. The workers as well very nice and helpful. New owners now laundry mat is horrible. The machines are always out of service, no hot water. The owners super stuck up they are not friendly at all, they don't even say hi. you ask for help, seems like you are bothering them. Sad to see the how this laundry mat is now. The workers are still very good and nice people but can only help so much when the owners don't care. Hate to leave this kind of review but owners deserve a review like this when they don't care. read more

The machines are the same everywhere, the toys they have for kids are run down. There are a lot of people that hang out over here. Not good people. I do recommend you watch your belongings while in the dryer. The owners are nice and helpful but other than that it's terrible. I was using a dryer and a hispanic person came up and bumped my basket like scooted it without saying excuse me. Called to ask if they open during 'stay at home' order. The owner told me they are essential business and open everyday with the same operating hours. Brought my laundry for fluff and fold service yesterday. While waiting them to weigh my clothes, I saw their staff cleaning and sanitizing w/d machine handles and public area. I also heard the staff remind customers to keep 6ft away from others and wear mask/face cover. The owner told me they are doing their best to provide a clean space for everyone. Hello. I've been coming to this place for over 7 years. It's had a change of owners 3 times since I've been coming. Now it haS NEW OWNERS AGAIN. Only difference is, this new owners play rock music all day! Not everyone likes that !!! before the employees had access to change station for all genre's of music . Another thing false advertisement , there's NO WIFI anymore !!! They have two employees that I know of, A Latina woman who's always friendly and cordial and you can always see her cleaning up and tightening the place up. (Thank you ) and a white guy. I saw a few negative reviews, but realized they were based on the old - and apparently very rude - owner. Well, Debbie's here now, and my review is based on the current business. First time at this laundry mat. The place is very clean and has a very welcoming environment. Child friendly. However, the prices are ridiculous. $1.75 to wash one load on the top load washers for 22 minutes. The dryers are pretty big and can fit two loads but the downside is that you only get nine minutes for $.25. During my visit here, there was a gentleman that I'm assuming works here, that was keeping the place clean and tidy. That was great and all, but tell me why he had to come and stop my dryer to empty out the lint compartment while I still had about five minutes left after I had already dropped $.75 into it. He didn't ask, " Hey there, excuse me can I stop your dryer so that I can empty out the lint compartment?" No! Instead he just came to my dryer, when there were like 20 other empty dryers that could have been taken care of. This place is a rip off. If you're going to charge by the minute you should not be interfering with the machines that are being used by the paying customers. I will not be coming here again. We haven't been to a laundromat in over ten years. Our washing machine kicked the bucket two weeks ago and the repair man said it's too old to repair. Can't afford a new one anytime soon, sooo... This was the closest facility near our house. It was very clean. Priced about what I expected. They have a mini laundry mart on premises. The attendant was very kind and friendly. All the other people there knew him and seemed to like him. Until I get a new machine or there is a lack of customer service, this will be our laundromat. read more

This use to be my favorite laundromat till recently I discovered the many roaches roaming around. Not only that, every week it seems like strange homeless people are up to no good. Usually one white male, a bald Mexican guy pretending to clean up and a younger guy who roams on a bike while a larger lady sits in her Ford Explorer giving away who knows what out her car. I use to feel safe here but not anymore. Yes, it's a cheap laundromat but the clientele is getting more and more ghetto. I've been to this laundromat a couple of times in the last few months to wash my vacation rental Linens the cool thing is it's still a coin wash unlike the ones you have to buy a card and load money onto it. I've never had a problem with parking it's always clean I've never seen it really crowded and after a brief meeting with the owner he seems really nice and genuine. I left and came back to check on my laundry and standing next to me is one of the workers and I guess a customer loudly speaking about how Mexicans should go back to where they come from because they don't want to obey the laws I'm not Mexican but was really Disturbed at how open they were with their racism literally right next to me I can't say the worker was saying anyting about Mexicans but definitely held the conversation with the toothless white racist from the looks of things the other customers didn't seem comfortable, there was a mixed crowd washing so if you go there know that the prices are good is clean not too crowded the owner is nice but beware of the worker read more

First time using this locale. Its clean and nice enough. Has change machines and vending machines. Has personnel on staff to assist when needed. Has TVs and seating areas to occupy you while you wait. A sufficient amount of laundry carts as well. Plenty of machines overall for the space. The place is huge and it's very clean. I tried the fluff n fold the other week and it's fantastic. I just drop it off and pick it up, no hassle. However I do have an issue that they do not follow the tags on how to wash and dry the clothing. I've already been trying on clothing and they have shrunk, unless my limbs have grown over night, certain long sleeves no longer reach my wrists. One of the things I'm pretty upset about is on their window it says Fluff n Fold begins at 7 AM! I went there and they have ANOTHER sign on the INSIDE that says it doesn't start until 10AM. It's very misleading and I woke up super early thinking I can drop it off before work and all I've done instead is waste my time driving there. Please fix that. Edit: THEY FIXED IT! :) read more

Super nice place since the new owners came in . I love the decor, the signs and the special deals. You can even just drop off your stuff and they'll take care of it "fluff and fold" special. It's 75 cents a lb with a max of 15lbs. They also offer services for comforters 14.99. There's wifi available , cute chairs and tables with a rustic look. If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. I'm barely reviewing this spot but I came here a few months ago with my mom because our dryer had broken down so we just needed a spot to dry, not wash. When we came in and placed our clothes in the dryer, the owner came over to us and told us we couldn't dry because we hadn't washed in there. We had already exchanged a $5 bill and had already used quarters for loads and he told us to leave. I made him return my money and he was extremely rude about doing it. And if she increases the washes or dryers by a quarter it's so worth it. It's local and convenient and a clean place. You get what you pay for ppl.. My only issue with this place.
