Lady was rude when we started asking questions about products. We asked for disposable vapes and then she went on a rant that her boss was arrested and put in jail for the past 6 months for selling disposables and that they are illegal. She went in the back and came back with something in a paper bag stapled shut and told us to take money out of the atm to pay because she'll only take cash. We asked to see what she was selling us in the bag and she said absolutely not. Was she selling us "illegal" vapes? We were confused and when we expressed our confusion she started yelling at us. Left immediately. Went next door to the gas station and purchased a disposable vape there for $20. read more

Always helpful, easy to buy parts, juice, and helped me buy system that has saved me over $200 when I switched from disposable vapes. Only downside is have to find items in store and not online but not necessarily a bad thing. read more

I noticed this shop needs a new review. I've been here multiple times and each time I've come here they had new stock of vaping products and juices. They now carry more then their own juice as well. I was actually quite pleased with their new selections of juices they carry. The staff have always been very pleasant, granted I've had the same young man help me every time but he's always been very knowledgeable about flavor profiles and the different products they carry. I'm really happy with the variety of products they have now compared to a year ago when I first moved to the island. If you haven't been here, give this place an honest effort. For my own business, their biggest competitor are online stores but having a friendly staff member and a better selection has made me comeback time and time again. read more

First of all...I am assuming anyone looking at this knows vaping. That being said..... I see all the great reviews stating how "vapetastic" this place is and meets all expectations.....not the case. I have been here several times now while staying out here. First time I came due to vape being broke on two levels. First was simple..Only a replacement glass. A 3 dollar issue found at any vape shop. Not to be found here.Second issue was with vape giving error messages. I have no idea what is going on. Two separate employees had no idea how to fix....this being with one of the most popular models on the market! (Note to boss. Have your employees educated on these matters). Second issue is that they only sell their own e-juice (aside from one other company with one flavor). I can understand this from a business perspective, and how it could be done seeing this establishment has the market locked down here. Aside from complaints: I will give one star for the shop being set up nicely. Another for being the only shop on the island and a third for the friendly staff. read more

I've been a lot of places. I recently traveled from Washington State (where I currently live) to Rhode Island due to my fiancés military obligations. Out of all the Vape Shops I've stopped at along the way this is by far the best vape shop I have ever been to. I walked into the store and was immediately overwhelmed with a sense of jealousy. My guys over at Rose Vape in Washington really need to step up their game. The presentation in this particular shop is immaculate. It's unlike anything I have ever seen. The prices are a bit higher than what I have seen other places. However that is justified due to the amazing service and the environment that makes you want to just live there. The juices are amazing quality when it comes to flavor. Additionally when it comes to PG/VG ratio the staff is knowledgeable. I put my mod on the table and the employee immediately recognized my tank (Uwell Crown) and stated that I would be best with a Max VG blend. That's what I usually go for anyway but the fact that he recommended it before I said anything provides a sense of comfort with the people I am providing my business to. Additionally, the sample flavors are in solid tanks instead of that ego b.s. that you receive from most shops. To the people of Rhode Island. I have been many places, and many vape shops (worst being in Wisconsin) and you have something to be proud of. I go here for all of my vape needs. The staff is super chill, the prices are reasonable, and the overall feel of the place is inviting. The only complaint that I have is that there isn't a menu book that describes each flavor like I've seen in some other vape stores, but the staff is very knowledgeable of every juice flavor they have, and is ready to recommend one for you. read more

I have hated buying ecig products via online because there are just too many different products and flavors. I am really glad to have a local shop where I can try. Splash has tasting bars to try different flavors and display cases where you can see and and touch base products. Workers there have given me some tips and advice on which product to get to suit my needs. They are very helpful. This is a great vape shop. The staff is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. The business is set up well, plenty of lighting, everything is laid out neatly in the cases, organized and easy to view, which made my choice of upgrade after asking a few questions a lot easier. They have a decent selection, so basically I felt like a kid in a candy store lol. I especially liked the large corner couch and table, made the atmosphere that much more relaxed and inviting. I'm fairly new at vaping, only a couple years experience but I've been to a handful of shops and kiosks in the state and on the island here, aside from online browsing, and I can safely say it was a good shopping experience overall. The sad thing is I wish I had known they were right up the street from me 2 years ago. This definitely would have been my go-to business the whole time. Love that they are open till 7,8 and 9pm, I'm more of an afternoon/evening shopper. It was easy to find, right off the highway and parking was a breeze, not to mention a short walk to there front door, great location. Whereas some stores your lucky to find a parking space, dealing with traffic and having to circle a few times. 9 times out of 10 I've had to walk a good block or two. As far as products go, and I have to admit I am particular when it comes to flavor and cloud, but with the three fluids and new mod upgrade, I am ultimately very happy with my purchases. I only wish they carried 18 or 24mg fluid. As for cost, before I even walked in I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for an upgrade, certainly not the case here, the prices are very reasonable, I didn't even flinch and I am as cheep as they come. They even offer a Military Discount! First vape store to ever offer that to me and respectfully thanked me for my service. Which I appreciated very much. The mod I bought is built solid, looks great, no leaks and even though its digital with quite a few settings, as opposed to my old push and puff, it was easy to learn how to set up/make adjustments after a few minutes of reading. The store employee was also nice enough to ask me if I wanted him to go over the product details and settings, I decided not to and he gave me a few quick helpful pointers, asked if I had any questions and said that I could call if I needed any assistance. They have gained a loyal repeat customer and I would gladly recommend this business to anyone without hesitation. read more
