Whether you are new to vaping or a seasoned veteran drip-a-holic, the wealth of knowledge from the employees, selection of products, pricing and atmosphere are far beyond any other vaping store in the whole of the state! As for pricing...the premium juices are on the lower end of the spectrum and their batteries, mods, tanks/RDA's and accesories like tips are very reasonable if not some of the lowest prices you will see from any brick & mortar. Anything that you don't see in store can be ordered and they have an online store that has just about everything from old school favorites all the way to the newest products to hit the vaping world and right as they become available. As for customer service...the staff knows their stuff! They do not make you feel like your question is dumb and will teach you everything you need to know to become a non-smoking vape pro in no time! I've been to a bunch of vape shops and TVLRI is by far my favorite. They have a great selection of juice and hardware and some of the most helpful and friendly staff around. Ben and Jordan both really know their stuff and are always happy to share their knowledge with anyone that wants to learn more about vaping. When I decided that it was time for me to make the switch from a tank to an RDA Ben stayed late helping me find one that fit my needs and even built my first set of coils for me so I could get vaping safely and showed me how to change my cotton. I make the trip into the city twice a week most weeks to restock my juice and hang out and check out the continually expanding line of juice and hardware, seems like every time I go in they have something new in stock. I recommend TVLRI to everyone I know that vapes or is thinking about starting to vape and will continue to recommend them. They have a new house line of juice and every single flavor is amazing and high quality too. This place is fantastic. I wanted to quit smoking and a friend turned me onto vaping. Ross sold me a starter set-up--there was no pressure to get something more expensive. I really appreciate that. Then when it turned out that I loved vaping--it is way better than smoking!--Ross and staff helped me upgrade twice. Again, no fancy sales-pitches. Ross knows his business, his products and all the little details of vaping--even information on current legislation, policy and research. The only very small downside is that one or two staff members are not as knowledgable, so if you are not dealing with Ross, you might want to ask more questions. As for the price, for starters, it is a lot cheaper than smoking. And they have thrown in free gear to try out--small stuff, but it adds up in the end. Finally, I trusting the product--specifically the juice--is key. Vaping is still new and not very well-researched. I feel confident that the juice they sell is high quality. Yeah--you can find cheaper juice. I bought 3 bottles of juice for $21 in NYC, but I don't really trust what might be in that stuff. I have had a few relapses with the cigarettes, but by New Years Day I am confident that I will be 100% cigarette-free. read more

I can't recommend this place highly enough. The customer service was so good I opened a Yelp account just to review this establishment. They have a great selection, it's clean but the customer service is what sets this place away from the others for me. I'm relatively new to Vaping and these people didn't exploit that at all. Long story short, I thought I needed a pricey new tank but they explained I just needed a $4.00 adapter. Most of the shops i've found are Head Shops that sell vape products. This is a Vape Shop with a huge inventory of EJuices, spare parts, tanks, coils etc..... The only thing you won't find in this shop is attitude. Quick update almost a year later. Juice line has expanded substantially in past year, with tons of great flavors from a bunch of different companies. However, a few detractors. Merchandise can really expensive, especially considering they sell a few things in store for large mark up, example Sigelei 100w you can get online for 90 dollars, they were selling it for 130. Clones, I'm not going to go into because there's a market there that does not include me. Initially the first guy that manned the shop was very attentive but the new guys just flit about and don't pay attention to you. Coupled with the sometimes hectic parking situation on Weybosset generally leave me inclined to take my business elsewhere. read more

I have been dying for this place to open and today it finally has!! This ain't just any typical ecig joint! First of all they let u try any flavor of juices for the vapor pens ( which you can smoke Indoor!) almost like a portable hookah! They have some juices with no nicotine and some with different amounts, great for smokers who want to quit! They also have like menthol flavors or no flavor. They have couches and tables so you can sit and enjoy ! They offer water & coffee while your testing them out , it's pretty cool and the owner was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products! On my first visit I personally found The Vapor Lounge RI to be the perfect atmosphere regardless if you just want to hangout and talk or grab some stuff and go. The staff are professional and friendly. Plus they know the products they are selling. The E-juice they carry is high grade but not over priced. They have what we call a "Master Builder" which is nice when you get your first RDA/RTA or just want a more experienced builder to make you a coil you seen Online/YouTube. This is a great shop and I highly recommend the visit. The environment and layout is very inviting. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and will help you select the right setup for you. If you are a beginner or well seasoned vaper this is the spot for you. They have a great variety of juices and testers, I personally prefer the CloudWerks line for dripping. Doesn't really even deserve a star. Besides their batteries being fucked up, their lack of interest in new customers, and the punks that stare at you, makes vapor lounge a horrible experience. Much much better places, I'd rather go see white horse in providence place mall if I need anything in providence immediately.
