I'm going from loyal customer here to never coming back. I had slowly stopped coming to the clintonville coin-op when I noticed a decline in their cleanliness shortly after they reopened. I started visiting other laundromats. I came back to give coin-op a try again and I'm disgusted to see they haven't improved their cleaning at all. This is the inside of the first machine I stopped at, 45 minutes into the day's opening, with the attendant chilling at the desk. So I skip the machine and go check some others. Checked at least four other machines. Each one was filthy. Dog hair, lint, gunk, coins, KIBBLE?? I found the cleanest one I could and wiped out the inside as much as I was able (it was still pretty grimy). Honestly I regret doing that wash. When it was over, I ended up just grabbing the 'clean' clothes and the rest of my clothes and putting them back in my car. No idea where I'm going to wash them next, but it's definitely not here. This place really used to be my favorite, but they need to seriously implement some stronger cleaning protocols and follow up on them.

What I think that makes no sense at all is that the prices of the drinks are pretty cheap but I choose a non alcoholic beverage and it costs more than half of the drinks featured on the menu. That makes no sense at all! They accept cash a card. I didn't use the laundromat since I had no clothes to wash nor was I staying near the laundromat part. I had just 2 shirts and one pair of pants for cleaning. The system broke up my order into pants & 1 shirt together and the other shirt which was hand pressed by itself. When I went to retrieve my order for it said completed: I received my first part of pants and shirt but was missing the second shirt. The automated system went through the process of 'returning something' for my second shirt but the slot was empty. First, I called and reported my missing shirt, then I went to the store, and the office staff said it 'showed' delivered. I explained that the automated system went through the process, but nothing was delivered on my 2nd shirt. What bothers me is management is not calling me. That really bothers me. They can see me on their video for I gave them the timeframe plus they see it on my pickup time on the ticket. So now I'm concerned, what do you do when this automated system does NOT return all of your garments! AND, no one is there to aid you. That is a problem!!! Just one shirt but it is MY shirt!

Some places try so hard to get out a stain they ruin the fabric. Imperial Cleaners doesn't. When I moved to Clintonville, I needed new furniture and the woman at FrontRoom Furnishings said she always brought her things to Imperial Cleaners. Drying is a similar issue; the machine seems fine, but after it charges for drying and starts working, it gives an "error." Sometimes it's due to the gas or because it simply doesn't work.
