This is my first review on yelp .. And if it was not because of fantastic service provided by Miguel .. I would have given it a pass. Miguel is great hard working guy who gives more than 100 percent to the job.. Initially , when he started working the generator was not working.. He apologized professionally and promised to come back once it was fixed. The detailing he did on the car was incredible. There was a coffee stain at the back seat which is no more now. After working for more than 3 hours he even offered a discount because of the generator issue ( which was not his fault) . I am deeply impressed by the work and the price point. I called a lot of detailing companies and Miguel price was less than 50 percent than the nearest competitor. The best thing was that I did not had to go to shop. Every time I took my car to get cleaned at a Car Wash place, I always left disappointed. Moving out here a year ago, I haven't seen any Mobile Detailing Trucks in sight and thought they didn't exist out here until I saw a post. Communication with Miguel is on point. Making an appointment was easy. I have a white Jeep Compass with the Black package and Miguel made my car look better than the day I got it. It looked brighter and sharper. I didn't see him rush through washing, rinsing and drying. I was very happy and satisfied with his work. Truly fantastic service. Although the business is listed in Round Rock, they will come to your Austin address, as I found out. I bought a new car recently, and the dealer was having a hard time with their new prep crew. They delays were very long, and eventually the dealer said if I would get the car detailed myself, they would pay for it. So I scoured Yelp reviews and went with Splash Mobile. Miguel was truly amazing. The car indeed looks exactly like a brand new car should look. There are now no smudges, no dirt anywhere. I got the clay bar treatment and the sealant and the finish looks truly amazing. As a new car it didn't look "that bad" coming off the lot, but now it looks tremendous. The pricing was more than fair, and agreed to up front. Miguel himself is a super polite person, willing to talk to you about anything he does. He took his time and did things right. I don't normally leave reviews but I want to warn folks that live on the north side of Austin that Miguel - Splash Mobile - does not want to come to Leander as it's too expensive to do so. After cleaning my truck the first time Miguel told me that to make it worthwhile going forward he would need to do 2 or more cars during a visit. Unfortunately I could only guarantee 2 cars on Saturday, and Miguel said he had no availability on ANY Saturday going forward. Given they are based in Round Rock, Leander shouldn't be too far for Splash Mobile to want our business. read more

Manuel is probably one of the most honest, hard working guys I know. Our family was in a bit of a bind. What a fantastic job!! Miguel did an amazing job on my car. I had the interior detailed because of what my dog and 10 year old have done to it. There was purple taffy stuck on the backseat that I unsuccessfully tried to get out. It had then baked onto my seat throughout the summer. Miguel got everything out and this was on light tan fabric. It is rare to find an honest and friendly business owner especially an auto/mobile detailer that takes his time to complete a quality job not just rush through an appointment so he can get to his next appointment. Miguel with Splash Mobile Auto Detailing falls into category of honest and friendly business owner. I have a black car who's paint was damaged from a previous detailer causing very bad holograms and swirls on my paint job I went through yelp and called a few mobile detailers which quoted me over the phone over $200+ to repair/buff out which the previous detailer charged 160.00 for an interior clean plus hand wash and machine buff and hand wax. I ended up calling Splash Mobile which I set up an appt for the following day. Miguel came over and pretty much went into details of what he would need to do to get swirls hologram removed and thinking to my self man this is probably going to cost easily over 200 dollars from what he was telling me he would have to do. After asking how much it would cost Miguel quoted me a price that totaled less than half the price of what the first detailer charged me only to ruin my paint. Not only did he save me literally hundreds of dollars to remove all the holograms and swirls he also gave me a go to guy to call from now on for my auto mobile detailing needs.
