I usually go to the surf through place but it was packed so I came to this place. There was a car in the automatic wash so I pulled in behind and paid for the most expensive wash (I can't remember what it was called) I think it was $12. When the car ahead of me was done they pulled out and stopped, got out and checked their car and I was like, uh oh. So they drove off and then I pulled in. I could tell right away what the issue was. I'm guessing the machine works on sensors to detect how wide and tall the vehicle is, and adjusts accordingly, if that's the case, it explains why the rollers barely touched the front driver and passenger side doors, because the machine probably sensed the side mirrors and extrapolated that width for the whole front seat portion of the car. I had to wash the front driver and passenger side doors when I got home. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed, but it's definitely an issue. The rest of the car was pretty clean. read more

I paid $8 for the first round but the brush left my car dirty. I went for a second round I deposited another $7 and now the machine is stuck my car is covered in suds. I tried calling the phone number but they have the number straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. Please please please turn around and go somewhere else. for the amount of money I wasted I could've driven up the street and gotten better service. I've waiting 10 min looking for someone to restart the machine. I'm thinking about calling the better business bureau. they need to shut down this place!! I'll never comeback to this place Is a joke. It's a nice self service car wash/vacuums. I paid $10 for an automatic car wash and it was pretty mediocre. There are still bugs on the front of my car. I could have done a better job myself for probably less money if I had used a self service stall. My recommendation: just wash your car yourself unless it's not that dirty. The reason this is 4 stars and not 3 is because there are machines that you can shampoo your car interior with! This is a very convenient feature. The vacuums were okay and had decent suction. The facility looked clean and well maintained with the exception that one vacuum was missing the nozzle on the hose. read more

The sprayer stopped functioning with around a minute left on the counter! I added another quarter before the counter reached zero, but nothing happened. Who knows how much money they've made by people doing this!! I left with my car unfinished rather than line this place's pockets any further. Won't be coming back! read more

Easy to wash my RV (LTV). Easy to get in and out. Straight forward payment center and much cheaper than most places.

Was on my way out of town and wanted to clean my car. I didn't have the time to do a full wash so I stopped in for an automatic car wash at this location. I loved that it had the brushes, most auto washes are touchless and don't clean my car well. This cleaned it as well as an auto wash can, my rims were even shiny! Definitely recommend, I will come here again if I'm in there area. read more

Had an encounter at this location and management took care of my matter faster than a car wash being finished with a full wash cycle wash. Was on the way back from an open house and saw this new car wash, so tried it out. It does both and auto washes. I prefer the self service one so I can scrub the car super clean. The water pressure was great, and the soap suds very sudsy. I felt that it was a good quality wash, and the place is very clean. Also a plus, you don't need quarters! You can use credit card and put in the desired amount. I spent $6-7 for my self wash and I was very satisfied! read more

This is by far the best self carwash I have found since moving up north. Great products for a clean car every time. Almost every time I've gone there's been an employee to assist with any problems I may or may not have. It's never fully packed (except on the weekends which I avoid) so you have plenty of time to hand dry and detail your vehicle if need be. read more

I came here to wash my car and was happy to see that I could pay with a card. Started washing my truck and it was going well. Time came to put more money in the machine and all of the sudden it can't process cards anymore and says to use cash. Well, I had no cash and now have a soapy truck. This has to be one of the cleanest and most well run carwashes around. I have been using this carwash for many years. The new owner made some really nice upgrades in the past couple of years. The weekend attendant is a friendly gentleman who has been at this location for at least 18 years and is happy to assist if ya have an issue. I haven't used the auto wash but it stays very busy so I suspect it does a great job. Everything except the vacs accepts credit cards which is a big plus. This past weekend the attendant stopped me as I was leaving to give me the 8 quarters I had left by the wash timer.
