Well it was time to get the Honda Civic taken care of. It has low mileage so everything was in good shape. When Michael was finished with the Detail the Honda Civic looked better than new. Under the hood was spotless. It was so clean you could eat off the engine. Tue interior presented some real challenges as a case of water was let in the car in sub freezing temperatures causing the water to leak out of the bottles and making quite a mess. Again Michael worked his magic and the interior looked brand new. The wheels, tires and exterior all received his attention and boy it was simply astonishing. DO NOT USE THIS DETAILER! BROKE MY RADIATOR! Took 2 days to complete and left with the seats soaking wet. When we got there Michael was pouring coolant in the car and charging the battery because they let it die. On the way home the car broke down and had to be towed to the mechanic for a broken radiator. The car was in top shape before we dropped it off, but this explains the coolant. He offered to pay for the radiator but never sent it. We've been dealing with this for weeks now and he keeps making excuses and dodging calls. He also never returned our charging cables and left a random torch and box of tissues in the car. They also missed a bunch of spots around the interior. The seats were soaking wet so thank goodness for the mechanic who parked it under a heater so we wouldn't get mold. Michael is unprofessional, disorganized and dishonest. read more

Chose this company based on Yelp rating. Scheduled a appointment a week in advance. Multiple emails/text received from company - waivers, cancellation policy, appointment confirmation (2 emails and one text the day to of). Showed up to appointment and business is closed - called/texted 3 different numbers per business instructions. No response. Waited 25 minutes past confirmed appointment time & then left as no one responded to any communications. Waste of my time! read more

I engaged the company to clean the interior of my car. THREE DAYS LATER I finally got the car back, but with all of the stuff I'd left inside missing. The owner had to make a special trip out to return my stuff. Fair enough, I did get it all back, and he was very nice about it. But... All I really cared about was getting the interior cleaned in preparation for taking a bunch of friends on a weekend trip in comfort, I didn't care about the exterior. But I let myself get talked into an exterior clean, too, because what the heck, while you're at it... It was supposed to take 1 day, but: "I want to clean my shop first." (Then why schedule me now?) "The dog hair (the primary reason for getting the car detailed) is everywhere...my worker keeps finding more." (So what is a detailer's job, then?) "I know this isn't your primary vehicle." He kept saying that: "I know this isn't your primary vehicle." The implication being: "I don't really have to work very hard on this." Well, what I'd actually said had been "this isn't my ONLY vehicle", but in point of fact, in the summer, it IS my primary vehicle. Then the next delay was: "It looks like it's going to rain." I only wanted the interior done,I didn't care about the exterior, what did I care about rain? Then the third day it was: "I have to go to church" and "I'm putting the final touches on now". Final touches? After three days FINAL TOUCHES! Yes, ultimately they did a good job: the interior was pristine, the exterior shined, even the engine was fresh and new. No shade there. The car could almost be new. But for nearly $400 and three days, I think next time I'll just go to the DIY car wash. read more

I originally was going to just get the premium cleaning package, but ended up doing the ceramic coating too, and let me tell you it has been the best investment I've made so far! I asked that my car be completely detailed and looked over for obvious mechanical items. While I did not press too hard, it took over two weeks to do the $3800+ of work we agreed upon (my car had many issues, I admit). Some things were done OK. Many were not. Here are the issues and why I will not return to this shop: Brakes (rotors and pads) were replaced. They "pulsed" when the brakes were applied, alarmingly at highway speed. I do not trust these people, so I took them to another mechanic who turned the new rotors, put on OEM brake pads and all was good, at an additional $700 expense. Alternator was rebuilt, but not attached to the electrical system. I'm no expert on such matters, but as my electrical problems mounted over a week culminating in a car that would not start, that other mechanic found the unconnected alternator. The interior detail was awful. After two weeks in the shop I was presented with a freshly "cleaned" and damp interior which looked pretty good. When all was dry the next day, it was obvious that the soiled upholstery was not properly cleaned. How do I know? I took a portable carpet cleaner to the dirty parts and they cleaned up nicely. So, I paid for an interior detail that was awful. AND, the inside of the windows were not cleaned except for half of the rear window. WTF? I tried to email the owner. Rejected: email address does not exist. I tried to call the phone number: "this number is not in service." I did not bother to return to the shop because I do not trust this guy in the least and I'm not sure he's in business any longer. I was taken royally. read more

We got off to a bumpy start. Car was not ready when promised but Mike and Alex did an incredible job. When I did get it back it was more then I expected.
