These guys were super knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional and did an incredible job on our 2007 Jeep Liberty that had dog hair embedded in the carpets and seats and hadn't had any TLC in a decade. We were not expecting every dog hair to be removed, but somehow they found a way, and all the dirt and grime was removed. It looks like new inside! TLDR at the end. I came to Splash Mobile with Cat Pee on my seat, and not only did he explore options to have it cleaned, he also insisted I explore the cost to have the seat pad and cover replaced from ford, ford was 6x the cost of having it cleaned. he said some times its only 20-30% more to replace the infected item. That would have guaranteed the removal of the smell. with that option ruled out. we moved forward with cleaning the stain/smell out of the seat and since i was able to get the car to him with in 12hrs he was successful in removing the cat pee. the car has since sat in my work parking lot reaching about 110+ degrees in the cab and still no cat pee smell. now this is key he did NOT use any masking Air fresheners! he ran a Ozone machine in it over night, and now its just the smell of the clean car, it didn't smell like strong chemicals or masking air fresheners. just clean car. I called Splash Mobile Detail to clean my passenger seat. My husband threw up all over the seat after a whisky tasting party one night, and no matter what he did to clean it, the smell wouldn't go away and the seat looked terrible. It looked and smelled so bad I was embarrassed to have any passengers besides him in my car. I called Splash Mobile Detail, and Eugene walked me through all the options, as well as all the potential risks which I appreciated. The seat is black leather with perforations, and has heating and cooling. This is apparently not an easy seat to clean for this kind of mess! After agreeing on what services would be provided, they picked up my car two days later (white glove service) and had it all cleaned, smelling nice, and back in my driveway in about 5 hours! A noble cause with a less than satisfactory service. I was drawn to Splash by the owner's mission to help educate and mentor kids. With a blended family accounting for 10 kids of his own, I believe this mission is being lived out in more ways than one. When a group of young men presented the idea of starting a business, Eugene supported them in every way he could, this resulted in the inception of Splash Mobile Detail. I was looking for a "like new" detail and I was willing to invest in this service considering I just don't have the time to detail my vehicle with the care and attention I once did. With high expectations after the in person consultation, I was more than massively disappointed to see my vehicle after the job was "done." From dust still remaining on the dashboard to full sections of the interior unvacuumed to wax buildup on parts of the exterior and overspray on the windows, we weren't off to a good start. The most disappointing part of the experience was the owner, Eugene's lack of acknowledgement of the concerns I pointed out. Every aspect I pointed out as not meeting expectations was met with a combative excuse and ZERO ownership of the fact that the work was unsatisfactory. I was prepared to pay the quoted price of $500 and am ashamed that I even offered $300 for the job not-well done. If you are looking for half-assed attempt to detail your vehicle at an inflated price, Splash is your answer. However, if you take pride in your ride and are looking for someone who will spend the time to make your vehicle look as clean as the day you bought it, I suggest you look elsewhere.
