Anyway, fast forward a few days, and I noticed extensive scratches on my hood. Fortunately, my husband's car fared well and his does not have any scratches from Extreme Clean. He drives an SUV and I drive a sedan for what that's worth. Anyway, I would not recommend this carwash unless you like to get your car scratched up. :(

I've gone there several times on a Saturday closer to 8:30am and it was closed. The vacuums are hit and miss. Typically, I end up driving to 4 or 5 vacuums before I find one that works. The pay station where you enter seldom works the first time you insert a credit card. Someone has to typically come from inside to assist with getting the gate to open. I just don't feel this location is managed well. You could say it's always hit or miss when visiting this location

I've been wanting to get my case detailed for a while so I started looking around and came across…read morethese guys. I booked my appointment and stopped by in the morning when it was scheduled. They promptly took my car into the bay and started; it was really nice not having to wait around. I got the basic level detail, which took about an hour, and they did a great job. When I left I noticed some scratches on my drivers side door, so I gave them a call and they told me to bring it in and they would look at it. When they looked into it they told me that it was a small set of scratches from donating previous and the wax made it more pronounced. With all of the chaos driving through Nashville it definitely didn't surprise me. The owner himself even came out to look at it and did his best to buff them out. After all was said and done they did a fantastic job and you couldn't even notice the scratches. Definitely would come back; they are very helpful, do a great job and are very reasonable on price!

The 2 was given because the person at the desk…read more- Destiny - was extremely rude and unpleasant with myself and other customers waiting with me. Destiny made comments such as, "I'm just done with all these people" and "I'm over all these people" when we asked when our vehicles would be completed. My understanding is the the one gentleman had been waiting over an hour and a half - two hours past the time he expected and she was mad he asked for an update? When she went outside, my family members that were waiting for me in their car, heard her talking about me to other employees and other customers! This is UNACCEPTABLE. In addition, she made an error in checking me out, so she told me I would not be charged for the addition. After I left - without notifying me - she charged my debit card the addiontional charges. When I called to ask why, I was hung up on three times in a row. I sent a message to the text message and asked the question; her response that she should have asked management first and she was going to charge it anyway. Again - UNACCEPTABLE! I was not even told this before they charged this to my card. We have a second vehicle to get done. After her rude and unacceptable behavior and the way she talked about me, I will find another business establishment. I hate it for the employees that do the work. She ruined it for the us all.
