Our precious girl…read moreseemed to enjoy her first appointment, we were told when picking her up that she did great and played with other dogs, etc.  Our 2nd appointment was 3/23/18 and when we arrived to pick our baby girl up we felt like we were rushed out the door. Karen offered no feedback except to ask in a snarky tone "is that cut short enough?!", directed to me, the mom. My husband had asked that our dog's fur be cut a little shorter since last time it was long enough in certain areas that urine was getting on it. (This was relayed to Karen's spouse prior t o the appointment, so maybe it was translated differently to her by him, but she seemed to have taken offense to the request.) Obviously she's a groomer and we are not, but communication would have been nice, not a snappy retort. My husband then tried to explain to her in person why he made the request, but she was in a "mood" and he could see it was going no where.  Once we got our dog home, she seemed very anxious (was not like that last time), and actually threw up twice while on a half hour walk.  :(   I had not met Karen in person until today and my first impression was not a positive one. I wish my baby girl could talk so she could tell me if Karen took out her offense on her! It certainly appears that way! We will not be returning and will pray for Karen to be more aware of the way she comes across and if she has a need to discuss a customer's request to address it promptly and in a professional manner (and not carry the attitude all day!)  Will NOT be recommending this place, Not Ever!

Our dogs came home scared and stressed and were not the same after. The owners were actively drinking when we picked up our dogs. They said that our dogs were aggressive. Our dogs have been obedience trained and have never had issues previously or after them being in this facility. They came home with soiled bedding, and they were covered in their own excrement. I was told that they were vicious dogs. We have never had this issue with our dogs before. They are are obedience trained and very well behaved. It took our dogs almost a month to get back to normal after being at this place. Please do not ever leave your dogs here. These are not good good people and don't like all dogs.

Will return Will recommend based on this visit…read moreI used the emergency veterinarian service once before, and I felt my needs were addressed, and proper medication was given for my cat who was feeling ill at the time and it seemed to solve the issue. They were also very caring and concerned about my needs as well as my cats needs. I then needed to use this regular vet service because I was thinking my cat had allergy problems while the day before my visit was scheduled. Something had happened to his back end where he was limping. They still took him in under the appointment that I had booked for his allergies. I had a first thing in the morning appointment and they were very busy even at that point I waited about a half hour after my appointment before the vet tech came in. She did some ear swabs to check for an allergy or to check for an infection and then I waited an additional 20 minutes before the results could come back andthe vet to come in the room both Treated me with care and compassion as well as they did my cat they gave me some medication's, They talked me through the treatment plan what they thought it might be. They told me that my cat did have a heart murmur which was new to me and they recommended an echocardiogram which cost around $500.Dollars. I'm willing to go ahead and do that. To provide the proper care that my cat will need moving forward with his life he is only four years old. I did ask about an x-ray for his back area due to the limping. The doctor said I could if I wanted to pay the $250 but she felt that it wasn't necessary. Let's work with the medication's first and then we'll go ahead and do the x-ray if need be and I was OK with that. She said if the injury was very severe, he wouldn't have intermediate limping he would be lame and not moving and intolerable to discomfort. So, with all this being said, I did need to make some phone calls to the vet once I started the medication and to talk over some things that I had questions about after the visit and all of my phone calls were returned and they were all met with my satisfaction and my cats. He's doing much better. We just have to run the course of the medication. I hope that anybody else who uses this veterinarian service has the same encounter me, and my handsome fella have had

My sweet ringneck dove, Peppermint, was injured and starting to show signs of an infection, and I was absolutely terrified. Birds are so delicate and incredibly good at hiding illness until it's too late, so I immediately started calling around trying to find a vet who would even see a bird. Most clinics don't, but thankfully, Bedford Pet Urgent Care told me they could see her the very same day. From the moment we arrived, I felt so reassured. The receptionist was incredibly kind. When I needed to step away to use the restroom while waiting to see the vet, she offered to have Peppermint stay with her at the front desk and interacted with her so sweetly. That level of compassion meant so much to me. The vet we saw, Dr. Penraat, was absolutely wonderful. He handled Peppermint with such gentleness and care that she immediately trusted him (so much so that she happily perched on his head after the exam to show her affection). Watching how calm and comfortable she was with him truly spoke volumes. Dr. Penraat quickly identified the issue and prescribed effective medication, which worked amazingly well. Peppermint was noticeably better in less than a week. I was beyond relieved and so grateful for the excellent care she received. To my fellow bird owners in New Hampshire: I highly recommend them. This was hands down the best veterinary experience I've ever had. Finding a vet who is knowledgeable, comforting, and genuinely caring with birds is so rare, and Dr. Penraat is truly exceptional. He is friendly, thorough, and makes both pets and owners feel completely at ease. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my sweet bird. I suspect she has never had eight continuous hours of fun and adventure. The staff are all friendly and you can tell they are "dog people." I toured the facilities before bringing her in and was impressed. There are multiple playrooms, a huge outside play area, actual rooms for pets who are boarding. I was not going to leave my dog just anywhere -- within 5 minutes I was completely comfortable entrusting Dog Club with my pet. She will be there multiple days a week. Highly recommended.

I was concerned that our dog might give them difficulty as he can be aloof with strangers, but he LOVED the sitter and she was great with him. Our cats loved her as well! KT's went above and beyond with photo updates of our pets. We came home to a happy, healthy crew. I will absolutely be using KT's again for our petsitting needs and would not hesitate to reach out to them for other services as well.

My wife and I dropped our dogs off for a weekend of boarding and grooming. We left instructions for…read morethe groomer to groom our boy and do a practice grooming of our girl. We were also told that the grooming would be recorded so that we could watch the session if anything weird happens. When we picked up our dogs, it became clear that the boy's grooming was incomplete. He had little knots on his head and a large knot on his tail, as well as a new bald spot on his chest. When we spoke to the groomer about it, she said that he was difficult and wouldn't sit still so that she couldn't complete it, and she said that the bald spot was a cowlick. This didn't *seem* right, because he gets groomed 4 times a year and in the previous place they never had any issues with him at all, and we pet his chest all the time and would've noticed a bald cowlick spot before. She was also not told that the girl was supposed to get a pretend grooming session at all, so that never happened. Since the boy has never been an issue before, we wanted to see the video that we were told we could see if we requested it (we wanted to know what might've set him off), but then we were told that we couldn't because the video system has been down for weeks. The manager I spoke with didn't care and just told me that the groomers rent out the rooms so they aren't responsible for what they do. We contacted the owner but she hasn't responded and instead blocked us on the company Facebook page. Best case, this place has terrible communication amongst the staff and the groomer, poor customer service, and a broken video system. I wouldn't trust my dogs there.
