This alone is unacceptable but when I went in to inform them their pumps were malfunctioning they completely shrugged it off claiming it was fine and it would "just evaporate" which aside from the complete lack of concern for wasting my money, getting diesel all over my truck they don't seem to care at all they're dumping who knows how much gas and diesel all over the ground with enough regularity that they simply shrug it off and how this impacts the environment via run off. Definitely won't be back, they need auto shut off like every other proper gas station I've ever been to.

A big store inside with a bunch of goodies, and enough pumps to cater to the masses before going back out on the highway, this is your stop regardless if your going North or South from this destination. The area inside and outside is clean, including the washroom, and even though they probably have all capability to 'jack' you at the pump, they do not, compared to the price of the next town over (Squamish) it is fairly even.

I could never figure out how to get it out. Tried several things. So that prompted me to get a detailing job and to see what they could do about it. I requested an appointment online via their online form. I picked a service (their signature detailing service with 1 stage paint correction) and then they emailed me a confirmation of appointment time the next day. I brought my car in at the specified time. I took the guy to the car to show him where the stains were I wanted specifically looked at. He gave me an estimated time and warned me this might not be fixable. They texted me when the car was done and I came back to pick it up. Great detailing job. Cant complain really. But most impressive were the Lysol stains. In certain angles you can still barely make it out but its largely gone and no longer noticeable. At the end I paid the fixed price quoted initially, no hidden fees or extra charges. Price wasnt cheap but you know it up front so there are no surprises. They take credit card. Service was great. Their work is great. Pricing is on the higher side but the process was easy and Im happy with the result.

I finally went in and told them the door had been locked for a very long time (still no mention of a time out open the door button). I mentioned that I had seen someone coming out and that I thought it was one of the staff but not sure. Instead of explaining about the button to let me in, they got extremely angry with me yelling and accusing me of treating them badly. Said I could use the washroom but to never come back. I went out and it was locked. I told them it was locked and he said rudely. "someone is in there". Then I explained that I just was wondering why he didn't let me in the washroom" They got really rude with me, saying things like "you watch too much TV" and "I'm having fun right now". I showed him over 10 other reviews of people saying they had their vehicles damaged and he said this exactly "Why are you showing me this? Should I care?" Absolute joke of a human being. People work very hard for their vehicles and property and when you damage it, you should at least be apologetic let alone responsible.
