There's a really good mix of classic arcade games, including Ms. Pac-Man, Tekken, DDR, air hockey, and plenty of ticket/redemption games where you can pick out prizes afterward. The whole place brought back that feeling of just wandering around an arcade trying whatever caught your eye. We ended up spending about two hours here, which was honestly the perfect amount of time before our flight, and spent around $30 total. We had a great time without feeling like we needed to spend a fortune. I walked out feeling like I had gotten a tiny piece of my childhood back.

It doesn't feel like there's a lot of variety of merchandise. And the merchandise they do haven't is mainly for kids. There's a good variety of animals but definitely more of a focus on animals native to Utah. You have your tigers, lions, giraffes and zebras, all the animals you'd expect to see at the zoo. While the animals are clearly well cared for some of the enclosures seem a bit small. The zoo itself is pretty small which means it gets crowded pretty easily. It also means that if you don't take your time you're gonna end up covering the whole zoo in two hours.

It was sprinkling when we were there but wasn't too bad. We had visited an aquarium in Draper earlier in the day and we had all the time in the world to explore there. But for the zoo, we were pressed for time because we had somewhere to be in the downtown area later afternoon, so we wanted to try and see everything we could in a short period of time. I guess you could call our day "animal day" due to us visiting an aquarium and a zoo on the same day lol. The first exhibit we stopped by was the giraffe and zebra exhibit, where you can get close to and interact with the giraffes under zookeeper supervision. My maternal grandmother's favorite animal was the giraffe and this would be her favorite thing to do if I ever bought her to a zoo. As we moved along, we saw spider monkeys and wild horses, and this was the first time I've ever seen a horse yawn in person, even being around horses before in the past. We then passed by an outdoor theater, where a dog show was going on (we did hear music while walking around, but we weren't sure where it was coming from). And these dogs can REALLY jump, like how high a cat can jump onto a tall ledge. It was pretty impressive to see that. They had two dogs that were performing during this show, but I saw more of them being transported in their carriers as we were walking around. One of my favorite parts about this trip to the zoo is seeing their sand cats. They were soooo cute and tiny that I wanted to cradle them. These sand cats can be found inside of an indoor exhibit along with other wild animals when you go past the fox exhibit. Other animals that we saw were orangutans, gorillas, tigers, polar bears, rhinos, and various reptiles. My LTP tried to get a picture of the tiger, but it kept running away, like it knew it was going to have its' picture taken. The art murals that can be found in some places were also very creative. One of them was being worked on at the time of our visit. We had a great time here; I think we were here for about two hours at least and got to visit all the animal exhibits here. A great find in the Salt Lake City area.

Most of the food prices were averaging $20 per item, and we looked at getting a boba and it was $12. We stopped by a cotton candy stand and some of the custom cotton candy items were up to $25. I genuinely don't understand how things were so expensive or how people are able to take large families here! It's so much money. We ended up spending $20 At McDonald's afterwards to feed the four of us. They had farm animals to pet, and we spent a lot of time there. I would recommend going to a show or the rodeo - that seemed to be fun. It was also fun to go in the evening and watch the sun go down/the lights of the rides turn on. Parking was also a mess - I would recommend taking the trax if you can. We lucked out with a close spot in the neighborhood. I'm not a crowds or rides person, so my review may be biased, but after our experience here I won't be back. It was fun to experience once, and the kids had fun, but I don't see a need to go again!

Highlights included the parts with moving floors and walls, optical illusions, water, thick fog, heights, and puffs of air. The place is absolutely massive with many levels and so many staff, and the details involved in all the displays were next-level. We got the "touch" glow sticks, which added another level of anticipation throughout. Also, the whole process was so easy, from buying tix online, checking in, knowing where to go- and we probably only waited 10 minutes or so. The costumed actors were in the waiting areas too, so even that part was entertaining. I'd caution people about 1) parking is tough, so you might have to walk for a bit, and 2) the port-a-potties were pretty full, so definitely go before arriving if possible.

Bunch of themed areas to take free photos. And that's all before they even scan your ticket to enter the haunt. Once inside it takes about 40 mins to walk thru. There is a ton of steps and at one point your extremely high up and your walking across a grate and you can see right down to the ground. A bunch of different theme rooms all very well done. The ending was amazing. I've never seen an ending like that ever! I don't want to ruin the surprise. You have to go ! Oh one last thing, we paid a little bit extra so the actors can touch you. You wear a glow necklace so they know they can touch you. Added some extra frights !

My four-year-old son had a Spider-Man theme party and was looking forward to seeing Spidey. 30 minutes after the event started we got a text that the character wouldn't be there because they had car issues. We offered to order Uber, but the response, was they were busy and another party and couldn't get back to us. They took our money and it's been almost 3 weeks with no refund, no-show and a disappointed, four-year-old. These people are ruthless, heartless, and obviously don't care about their reputation or crushing a four-year-old dreams. I would never recommend this company.

Not being familiar with th elocal custom, I sat at the bar and ordered a beer. I was told by the bartender/cook that I had to sit in the back to order beer. The place was split down the middle by a wall and a swinging door next to the bar. In front of the wall = cokes and sprite; behind the wall beer and hard liquor! Maybe those teenagers won't notice that we are drinking back there. Anyway, I got up, moved a few spots down the bar - past the swinging door and ordered a beer. They had the standards on tap with a local brew thrown in for good measure. This is the main reason I wanted to hit a bar for dinner - to try the local beers, so I was in luck! The menu had a staggering array of sandwich/hamburger options, so I wasn't quite ready to order when the waitress/bartender brought my beer and wanted to take my order. This was a mistake because she was the only waitress/bartender (there was a man who was a bartender/cook) for the entire place. Since there were at least 50 or more people in the place, she was a very busy woman. About 10 minutes later, she was able to take my order. Since the bartender/cook mainly focused on cooking, I got my food quickly and freshly prepared. I enden up choosing the philly cheese steak with fries. The sandwich was excellent, close to ones I had in Philly. If you're not from this small portion of the US or have never been, most everyone eats their fries with fry sauce, not ketchup. Fry sauce is pink and is ketchup and mayo mixed together. Its an amazing condiment and I don't understand why it has not spread into other parts of the counrty. Hopefully, West Valley can hire some more waitstaff or my visit was during a time when someone missed their shift. Other than the slower than usual service, it turned out to be a nice place to eat. As for pool, they have 7 or 8 foot coin operated tables, maybe 10 or so (some on the beer side, some on the coke side). I don't remember it being smoky, but i don't think people were somking maybe its not allowed. They had a poker tournament on the beer side while I was there. Decor and furnishings are very spartan, the place is in a shopping strip and it looks like it from the inside. Beers were reasonably priced ($4 or so) and sandwiches with fries ran about $6.
