Brenda…read morewas our Month of Coordinator and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND.First of all, they did not oversell themselves...I told them what I had already accomplished before even calling them and they said, "you only need month of coordination. you've got this." However, a few months before the wedding I was so overwhelmed with all the detail that Brenda offered to meet and she just helped me organized my priorities and made me feel really good about the progress I had made. She did the same 6 weeks later. OMG, so helpful to keep me going and manage the overwhelm. As the date grew nearer, she started leading more to ensure we took care of those horrible details (seating charts, signage, communication with vendors, table set ups, and the timeline, etc). At every moment she was calm, lovely, relatable, fun, reassuring, and extremely competent. The week before the wedding she came over and took ownership of all the "stuff" (candles, ceremony items, decorations, etc). That felt sooo good. She was great at the rehearsal and made sure "all the cats were herded"so we got through the rehearsal and worked out all the details. The day of the wedding? We were so relaxed and didn't think about a single thing. The tables were set exactly as we had discussed, the ambiance was amazing, every little detail she had taken care of. and then she cleaned up and stored everything for us and then brought it back to us a couple of days later. During the wedding, Brenda was a total ninja....I barely saw her at the wedding as she was in the background making it all happen so we could enjoy our guests. A guest even took a picture of her that makes her look like the super hero she is, LOL! You will LOVE working with Brenda. I cannot recommend her more vigorously. She is amazing.

From the first call, she put our anxious brains at ease and listened carefully to what weirdo vision we had in mind + what things we were most afraid of turning awry. Having never planned such a fete before, I had hella dumbass questions to lob at her, but that did not faze her at all. Not only is Cierra hypercompetent at her job and super solutions-oriented and knowledgeable, she is a plain joy to talk to and bounce ideas off of and joke around with. Just an all-round cool human that added to the overall atmosphere of love and appreciation we wanted to foster at our wedding (while also running an impeccably tight ship without breaking a sweat). ANYWAY needless to say we are major Cierra fans here and want you all to know that she is a dream collaborator for your big day, may you be so lucky!

We called to check their availability, and they directed us to fill out the contact form on their website. We submitted it, and they got back to us the next day to review the details. After that, they sent a proposal by email, which was simple to update, and once we approved everything, we made the payment. On the day of the event, the only hiccup was timing. We told them that setup was scheduled for 3:30pm and the party would start at 5pm. When we didn't see them for a while, we tried calling but didn't get a response. They didn't arrive until around 4:40-4:45pm, which was much later than we expected. They mentioned they thought 3:30pm was just the earliest they could arrive, but we actually needed them there at 3:30pm. Thankfully, once they arrived, the setup was quick, efficient, and they finished in no time. The balloon arrangements themselves were absolutely stunning. We received so many compliments, and they completely transformed the space. They understood the aesthetic we were going for and executed it perfectly. Despite the timing miscommunication, I would still use them again because their customer service was great throughout the planning process, everything was easy to coordinate, and their work was beautiful. With clearer communication on arrival times next time, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

Super easy - we just called, told them our order, and then they told us what time we could pick them up. The only downside was that it was a bit expensive - I think it was about $80 for everything. The vibes felt right, and we loved that she would help us bring our vision to life by including design. We picked the partial planning & design package but honestly, after working with her, we wished we had just done full service planning. In our first meeting we gave her an idea of what we had envisioned for the day, including a shared pinterest board. From there she made a design deck that really brought our day to life. Alex provided the best vendor recommendations (including for some with whom she had relationships and discounts), thoughtful design ideas, and guidance on the overall flow of the day. She joined us for our food tasting, met with us in person to pick out our rentals, and she coordinated a site visit with the vendors in preparation for the wedding. We didn't think we needed a content creator, but she even provided us with one and it was a great addition to capturing the memories of the day! Throughout the planning process, Alex was easy to reach, responsive, collaborative, open to feedback, and genuinely easy to work with. On the day of the wedding, Alex brought everything together seamlessly. She handled every detail behind the scenes, even things that didn't go as planned were handled quickly and professionally. This really allowed us to be fully present and actually enjoy the day. When I walked down the aisle for the first time, I was blown away!! It was BEYOND, BEYOND what we had even hoped for. We are soo blessed and grateful that we got to work with Alex. In the words of my husband - Earth & Events really cooked!! 10/10 recommend, expectations fully exceeded! Thank you Alex!!

I'm sure you were not sick that day because I watched your Instagram stories that day and you were at another event, maybe a bigger event than mine. If you were truly sick I'm sure you would have to communicate it to me. This whole day was a disappointment since I loved your work on your social media that's why I booked you. But seems like money is what you value more. You offer to pay me to take my post down yet you don't respond to my emails. So at the end of the day, it's you who can't communicate. You choose not to respond and now you want to act like this, years later.

The Ultimate Surprise: A 40th Birthday Dinner to Remember!…read more I don't even know where to begin -- my 40th birthday dinner was beyond anything I could have imagined. It was a total surprise, flawlessly planned and executed by the incredible team at Bash Please, and filled with exactly 40 of my favorite people. Yes, 40 people for 40 years -- how perfect is that? The setting was stunning. Bash Please somehow captured everything I love and turned it into an effortlessly beautiful, inviting, and joy-filled atmosphere. Every detail -- from the long communal tables to the coastal-inspired décor -- felt personal and thoughtful, like it was made just for me. Because it was. And the food? A crab feed feast that dreams are made of. Piles of fresh, buttery crab, warm sourdough, crisp salads, and all the fixings. The kind of meal that gets messy in the best way -- everyone cracking shells, passing platters, laughing, and making memories. It was communal, it was delicious, and it was so me. Champagne flowed, the conversations never stopped, and I felt completely surrounded by love. I genuinely can't think of a better way to ring in a new decade. Massive thanks to Bash Please for pulling off a night that was perfectly designed and truly unforgettable. I felt celebrated, cherished, and completely surprised -- and that's no easy feat. 10/10. Would turn 40 again.

The class itself was fun! We basically just messed around with clay for the 1.5 hours, layering cut outs and playing with texture. Baking took 30 minutes, and then assembly another 30. There were tons of colors, shapes, and tools to try out. There was also a birthday party there, so if you're interested in an event, this seems like a good place. Sophie let us know that we're allowed to get drinks / snacks from next door, then bring it back to eat in the lobby area by the window. The workshop seems like a lovely community space. Seems like they have events every month - Nov they'll have a free zine workshop and in December they'll sell mini wreaths. There's tons of other artsy things in there. My one suggestion for the class - it would have been lovely if there had been more pliers for assembly. I think that the shortage was the main bottleneck. The earrings look simple to put together, but because we were new and the pieces seem so fragile, it took us quite a bit of time.
