I really really love this place! The staff are great and it's a great place to come and get my car cleaned when I'm not wanting to do it myself. They always go out of their way to do something extra for me and the owner Craig is great to talk to. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because sometimes when I come the office staff are not that friendly. I feel like the brunette girl doesn't like having to ring me in. Other than that this is the best best place to get your car cleaned. They do the best job and actually care about your car!!!!! read more

Had a rock chip in my windshield and they did an excellent job at sealing it for me. I was actually surprise at how good it looked. They were fast friendly and it was 40 dollars cheaper then this other place I was quoted. I have had other windshield work done from them as well. Highly recommended! read more

Awesome customer service. If they touch your car and something happens they will take care of it...no fight. I've had 2 cars window tinted and never had to go back. Now with 2 new cars having a lot of things done...window tint, clear bra on front and a few extras the customer service is still far above all expectations. Shout out to Greg. I came across Modula Cargo after much research on the internet looking for the best value for my dollar. Ryan answered my numerous emails and questions thoroughly and quickly, then spoke to me on the phone for another 10 minutes. I appreciated the time he took in explaining everything to me before hand. I came in on Saturday and Jeff and his team installed the base roof rack I decided on then they walked me through all the different cargo box options. We made sure to bring our snowboard out to test the different sizes boxes, and we finally decided to choose the cargo box based on Jeff's recommendation. Despite spending more money than I intended (as usual) I would not hesitate to recommend this team. They are super informative, friendly and one of the best prices locally. They had a 15% discount racks and cargo boxes, and they installed everything. ABSOLUTE WORST detailing job I have ever received, $275 for an interior cleaning, (which was spotty by the way) and a exterior cleaning and wheel wash. They left grime on every tire, and didn't even take a clay bar over it, but offered to charge me another $225 to get that done, 3 weeks later, and only a drive home from their location (got a new car, haven't been using my other one) and it looks just as bad from when I brought it in, ( on the outside, turns out, it's an extra $75 to wax and polish it. These guys are a joke. VISIT DR DETAIL RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM SPLASHES. This guy charged me $270 for my new vehicle and not only did he make my car spotless inside and out, he clay barred it, touched up any paint chips or scratches, and waxed and polished it. Not to mention, I wasn't charged one thing extra, it was an all inclusive price, and down right better job for a better value. DO NOT GO TO SPLASHES, crooks, waste of time, petty company. read more

Brought my car in for a windshield replacement. Although I had coordinated my own ride, I was offered a courtesy car by the pleasant and engaging front line staff. The windshield was replaced in 3 hours and to perfection. When I went to pick up my car there was an individual that was dropping off her car for some detailing work. She was offered a ride home from one of the staff! While I was there I also took advantage of the touch-free car wash which did an incredible job. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Splashes to anyone. read more

I had my truck in today for an Armaguard spray liner...AWESOME job! Exceeded my expectations.

We have been the happy owners of a Modula Rack for many years. At the end of summer I found myself in a bit of a situation. With three kids and a summer full of lots of family activities I found myself unable to locate the keys to our roof top storage. This made it imposable to remove the contents inside and also unable to remove it from the top of the car. I contacted Ryan at Splashes to see if he could order a replacement key and unfortunately the lock that was on our box was discontinued. He said to bring it in and they would try replacing the entire lock assembly. I parked the car out front and the staff quickly drove my truck around back and said they will be back in a few minutes. I thought I was dropping off the box to get new locks but within about fifteen minutes they had 4 sets of keys and new locks installed. I asked for the invoice and they said it was an easy fix at no cost as long as I promised to put an extra key in my toolbox in my garage. I have had tire shops fix flats for free but this was over and above my expectation when it comes to customer care and service. As a customer of many services at Splashes, this serves as a reminder as to why I support local businesses, especially this one. read more

I took my black 2012 Audi to Splashes in South Surrey for the Silver detailing package 4 weeks ago. Even though my car was only 6 months old at the time, it had quite a bit of swirl marks (right from the dealership). I admit to being a perfectionist and have a full line of detailing products and equipment myself but my work schedule was preventing me from spending the time polishing it. Being so particular I should have known better. When I picked up my car 5 hours later, it was in far worse condition than when I dropped it off. There was major buff marks across both doors and across the front of my hood from poor polishing techniques and/or product selection, they wiped down the dark grey interior with a white cloth that was anything but lint free, the two body fins where badly scuffed and to top it off there was wax buffed into my black rubber window seals. I just spent the better part of my weekend giving my car a proper detail. If you don't have a new car (particularly black) of if you have never polished your car before, I am sure you will enjoy the services Splashes have to offer. If you are an enthusiast or want a show car finish, Splashes is not the place for you. What a waste of $189! They did in fact offer "to make it right" but there was no way I was allowing them to touch my car again. read more
